Soon Kai felt as that they were close to their destination in any minute now,as she heard nothing but the sound of feet hitting the floor as they walked.And then,soon enough,they were at the observation room,Kai was soon let to be in for more testing.
Weirdly enough,she saw a box,the scientists/researchers requested her to open the box.
She was slightly disgusted to see that eyes were on this..thing inside the box,she brought the bundle of yarn and set it down on the ground,Kai examined the weird anomaly infront of her,soon the ground cracked and the ground was shaking,although Kai was alright,able to hear the fragments shaking on the ground and making small noises.
She looked through the glass of the observation room,and saw multiple guards and researchers trying to cover their ears,some of them had their ears bleeding by now.
Kai ran up to the door,banging on it to catch their attention,but alas,noone could hear her,except herself.
Hours had passed by,guards and researchers left Kai in the containment room.
"Guess it's just you and me,ya weird lookin' piece of bundled up yarn.",she said to the anomaly.
It soon started playing the first few notes of "Happy Birthday.",Kai was suprised since her birthday two weeks ago.
"I guess you're not that after all.",she said with a smile on her face,and started to pat(?) the anomaly as the eyes looked at Kai,she was startled for a bit but countinued patting.
10 minutes pass by,and a bunch of new researchers are to be seen inside the observation room behind the glass,all of them were shocked on how Kai was still cheerful,"Kai? Are you okay in there?",the voice had said from a speaker,"Yep! Im doing great actually.",she smiled at the person speaking behind the glass.
Soon two guards had a replacement box to put SCP-066 in,since the other box was damaged,and then Kai was now being dragged away.
Although the SCP was two weeks late to her birthday,she accepted the greetings.
But then,as if everything had gone right for once,loud alarms blaring and red lights flashing everywhere as soon as Kai was being escorted back to her own containment room.
