Chapter 14: It's finally gon-...NO!

Brice's P.O.V

I flew into the air, Seto's trembling body in my arms. I held him closely to my chest, hoping to somehow put back together the broken pieces of my little kitten. I made my way towards the castle and into my room.

"Brice"

I looked down at my arms to see Seto's tail and ears turning black, his eyes full of fear.

"Please help me" he whimpered, clutching on to me tightly.

I dove swiftly into my bedroom and laid Seto onto my bed. I ran to my potions and searched through them. I couldn't find one! I was starting to panic when all of a sudden there was a knock at my door.

"H-Hello?"

I opened the door to be greeted by Miaotic and Cassey.

"What do you want?" I asked, annoyed at their timing. They could not have come at a worse time.

"What's wrong with Seto!?" Cassey said, running to Seto's bed.

"I don't know! He's turning! I'm looking for a potion at the moment" I yelled, still searching for a potion.

"Potion?" Cassey asked.

"Yes, Cassey. Only a potion can help, considering a potion did this in the first place." I stated, still looking for a potion.

I watched as Cassey studied Seto carefully from the corner of my eye.

"No, a potion will just make it worse." Cassey mumbled.

"Then what would work!?" I shouted, stating to panic as Seto's eyes began to turn black.

"A spell"

Cassey and I turned to where the noise came from.

Miaotic.

"A spell is the only cure. Although, it can only be transferred to another sorcerer. " she stated.

Cassey and I looked at each other, then back at Miaotic.

"What do we do!?" Cassey said, panicking as well.

"I can try to transfer it to me, considering I am a sorcerer." She stated.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" I asked.

She nodded.

"We better hurry. Its working very fast." She said and ran to the chambers.

I picked up Seto carefully and went to the chambers.

I laid Seto into the tube and kissed his head softly. His face was filled with pain.

"Its okay love. It'll all be over soon" I whispered into his ear, the closed the chamber.

Miaotic stepped inside, and shut the door.

"Okay, just flip that switch and no matter what you hear, don't unflip it. Got it?" Miaotic said.

"Got it" I assured her.

She closed her eyes tightly.

I flipped the switch and everything went white.

Miaotic and Seto were barely noticeable as the lights flickered.

"AGGHHHH!!! BRICE STOP!!!" Seto screamed.

I'm hurting Seto!

I went to unflip the lever but then Cassey tackled me to the ground.

"Remember what Miaotic said, Don't unflip it no matter what you hear" Cassey repeated.

"STOPPP!!!! STOP IT! IT HURTS" Seto screamed at the top of his lungs.

"Brice, I was kidding! THIS WASNT IT!! STOP!!" Miaotic shouted.

"BRICE!!!!STOP!!" They said in unison.

I started crying as I heard the cries of Seto and Miaotic.

All of a sudden, the glass chambers exploded.

I was thrown to the wall with Cassey.

Dust covered the entire room.

Footsteps ran, and whimpers were heard.

I coughed and fanned th front of my face.

There laid Seto.

"Seto!" I yelled and ran to him.

I held him in my arms and kissed his head.

He groaned in pain but held onto my hand.

"Is it gone?" I asked him.

He blinked a few times, then smiled.

"Its gone"

Seto's P.O.V

"It's gone" I said.

Oh poor, poor Seto. Its just one problem after another.

Because now I'm here.
