Francisco threw a punch. McQueen dodged and laughed. They were like kids fighting over a toy or for a turn on the swings( I don't know). You started to laugh.
"What's so funny Y/n" McQueen asked while dodging another punch.
"It's just the fact that your fighting like the sun and moon."
"What kind of simile was that?"
" Our mom always told her that one back when we used to fight." said Francisco calming down.
"Okay but what does it mean?" McQueen asked.
"You know how the sun and the moon are always chasing each other." You start.
"Yeah...."
"Well the sun and moon are always fighting for the sky, like how you and my brother were fighting over whatever the heck y'all were fighting over mate." You had finished and looked at McQueen who was just standing there confused."What?"
"Oh nothing. Its just that I-" He was cut off.
"Well, well, well. What do we have here? Well its none other than Francisco and his girlfriend." The guy said.
"WE ARE NOT DATING!!!!!!!!" You and Francisco yelled in unison.
"She is my little sister, Chick Hicks."
"Whatever. So are you trying to join Nascar or something because I thought you were in F1." Chick said.
"And I thought Hitler died a hundred years ago after WW11." You said smirking. "I guess history was wrong."
"Oh shut up." Chick said with anger filling his eyes.
"Well anyways, I'm not joining- she is." Francisco said.
"Man the first female driver since what- the Hudson Hornet years." Chick said in awe. "But don't expect anyone to go easy on you just because your a girl." And with that he walked off.
Later that day the sponsors came and chose who they wanted on their team. A Lady walked up to you and asked if you wanted to race for her. You had said 'yes' and followed her. You looked back to see McQueen fade in the distance. You felt your checks heat up at the thought of him.
