Core scooch over some , damn your basically sitting on my lap and no offense I love you and all but I think we had enough closeness in the womb! I exclaim. I see her twitch and bite her lower lip and position her self more in the middle of the seat. she told me , he and Byron knew each other through a cousin of rose and that nothing happened but the vibe they are throwing in this back seat I'm calling bullshit. as she seat in the middle between me and Byron I see how she is still favoring my side. Part of me wants to call them out right now , but mom is  the car and I don't want  to up set her. so I do what every one my age does, turn to text message.

me-I thought we don't keep secrets or lie to each other?? -_-

core-  WTH are you talking bout?

Me- I kno u sis , and I can tell when something is wrong on a deeper level. I don't want to upset mom so tonight you gonna tell me wassup?

core-.....

Byron coughed , and she stopped texting. Yeah that answered more than a text would. I guess we keep secrets. I stare at Byron, and he looks at me , I smile but really I'm trying to determine how I want this to playout. I can be the protective brother or the good son, all this shit is making my head hurt. I hate drama , but I can tell I'm going to have to keep my eyes open, specially now that I cant trust my twin to be honest with me. 

We finally reach the restaurant, as were all being seated I notice core sits by mom so I sit by her just to make things more comfortable tonight. The evening went smoothly, mom and rick laughed and spoke about things that need to be done before the baby gets here. Core mentioned something about a future game and Byron talked about starting school next week .I can tell he was trying to be polite , we talked bout his motorcycle and all his tattoos while the rest of the family conversed. while we headed out he asked what the girls were like in school and I noticed core paying attention. well like any other school we got a variety of flavors to choose fro.... smack  ow what the hell was that for? I look around and my mom was standing behind me with her hand on her hip.  Don't you what the hell me Mister! she yells. Did I raise you to be some kind of player? who says "flavors to choose from"? Corey in my side vision is laughing hysterically . she between breaths , she gasps out , oh yes mother , didn't you know , he is a gross womanizer! another gasp, a man whore!

I kiss my mothers cheek who is now smiling at Corey who is blood red from laughing so hard. I turn to face her and call twin telepathy but she knew what was about to happen. YOU WOULDNT DARE!  she yells out.   I gave her a innocent wink and off we went. she took off , she was fast but no where near as fast as me. I should have been on the track team but I cant stand half the people at our school so I stay away from school as much as possible. anyways I catch her easily and throw her over my shoulder. she is kicking and screaming at this point I find this to be hilarious . Steph put me down now , you pig! she screams  hmm what was that, I say acting like I cant hear.  I know the midget I'm holding isn't calling me a pig. I ask with sarcasm she stops wiggling  , bruh I'm 5'9 I'm tall for a girl you giant freak. sticks and stone will break  my bones little sister. I put her down and look down the parking lot at the rest of the family in the car watching us like this happens all the time its no big deal kind of thing. Corey looks up at me smiling in her loving sister way and punches me in the gut. I let out a loud over exaggerated burp and she yelps out , your nasty I basically tasted that ,you all in my personal space. she hugs me and goes to walk towards the car but I grab her arm and yank her back in a hug and whisper in her ear. I love you core, you know you can tell me anything ill never judge you or think differently of you. she hugs me harder and tells me she knows and she couldn't ask for a better brother.

we pile back in the car and head back home.
