Jimin stared down at his phone and reread the message he had fully written before he sent it.

"Another client?"

Jimin looked up at his life long friend, Jin, and shook his head.

"Same one from the other night. Just asking her out again."

Jin sat next to his younger friend on the couch and turned the tv on.

"Did you even get paid for the other night?"

Jimin groaned as he put his phone down.

"Not yet. The guy said he would pay me for the other night and our next date."

"You trust the guy?" Jin glanced at his friend and back at the tv, changing the channels until he stopped on a movie.

"Yeah, I guess." Jimin shrugged.

Jin rolled his eyes.

"Let's hope he does."

Jimin bit his lip as he glanced down at his phone, feeling it vibrate suddenly. He grabbed it and saw it was a text from Elena telling him they should meet up tomorrow.

"What she say?"

"She wants to meet up tomorrow."

Jin nodded and looked at Jimin fully, his brown hair swaying with the movement.

"What's she like?"

The question caught Jimin a little off guard as his friend never asked about his clients.

"Uhm, shes cute. Dark skinned, curvy, and shes really cool." Jimin listed off.

Elena was such a shy girl and anyone could easily see that, but when she had alcohol in her system she was a different girl.

It almost seemed like she preferred her drunk alter ego than her regular self. Jimin didnt think there was anything wrong with her regular self though, a little quiet but she was a normal girl.

"Your type?" Jin smirked.

"I mean.." Jimin shrugged and blushed lightly as he trailed off his sentence. Jin stared at him as he waited for him to continue but after a minute of nothing he sighed.

"This whole thing we do, it brings in some serious cash but...do you ever think about settling down?"

"What?" Jimin looked incredulously at Jin. The man who got him into the business in the first place, who told him not to get attached to anyone, who said that money meant everything, was sitting here asking him such a shocking question.

"Its just a question." Jin huffed as he settled back into his seat and trained his eyes on the tv screen. "So answer it."

Jimins body relaxed as he thought about the question.

Settle down?

That's crazy. Who would want to settle down with one person for a certain amount of years when you can be with as many people as you want?

Jimin had a good thing going on. He made a huge amount of money with the clients he was bringing in. He went on multiple dates a day that he didnt have to pay for and slept with so many gorgeous women. Why would he give that up?

Jimin stared down at his lap and suddenly thought back to that moment with Elena in the elevator. He saw her eyes swarming with so many mixed emotions that it made his stomach churn. She looked so torn as soon as she saw that name on her phone.

Who was Yoongi? Was he her ex?

Jimin mentally slapped himself, why would Elena even pop up in his thoughts when he only met her once?

She was just another client that needed his services, just like the rest of them she would eventually move on and wouldn't need him.

"Hey."

Jimin was suddenly brought out of his thoughts by a concerned Jin.

"Yeah?"

"You were spacing out there for a while. Are you ok?"

Jimin nodded and cleared his throat as he finally came up with an answer.

"Yeah. But to answer your question...no. I have no plans of settling down."

Jin stared at him for a while, his brown eyes staring him down as he took his answer in. The hard look Jin was giving Jimin made him back down slightly, it was pretty intense.

"Well, maybe in the future." Jin quirked one side of his mouth as he dropped the subject and turned back to the tv to watch the movie, even though it was more than half way in.

Jimin pressed his lips together tightly and turned his eye sight back to the tv but hjs attention was elsewhere. His thoughts were more concentrated on the girl he was going to see tomorrow and what they were going to do together.

"Jhooooppppeee~!"

Hoseok turned around at his nickname and grinned when he saw Yoongi running up to him with a basketball under his arm.

"Hyung!" Yoongi stopped next to him and threw an arm over his shoulders.

"Hey, I had something I wanted to ask you."

"What's up?"

"Well," Yoongi started as they both walked down the street together. "I was just wondering if Elena ever talked to you about that guy she was seeing."

Hoseok glanced at him and raised an eyebrow.

"Why?" He asked suspiciously.

"I mean, Elena has been our friend for years and shes dating some dude we have no idea about. What if he hurts her?"

Hoseok just looked at him blankly, thinking about how he was the one that hurt her, but instead of saying anything he just chuckled.

"He wont hurt her. I dont know much about him but I'm sure hes harmless."

Yoongi removed his arm from his best friends shoulder and bit his lip.

"I just think we should meet him at least if hes going to be spending time with her."

"Are you jealous?"

Yoongi looked taken aback but Hoseok could see the sweat bead going down the side of his face.

"No way! I have Danielle! And we're getting married in a month." Yoongi eyebrows furrowed angrily. "I have no reason to be jealous."

"Exactly. You have no reason."

Hoseok sighed as Yoongis face smooth out and a certain sadness creased the sides of his lips.

Yoongi looked down at the ground and walked beside his best friend silently. He had this terrible sinking feeling in his gut when he thought about Elena with an unknown man. They have all been friends for so many years so of course he would be a little bit concerned.

But it couldn't be jealousy, right?

"Yeah...I know."
