You and Kuroo known each other since high school granted you both dated in your second year of high school, the way he asked you made you fall even harder for him. Kuroo wanted to surprise you so he asked his team for advice and a few others it being Sugawara and Daichi from Karasuno. When Kuroo first got these feelings for you, he thought he was sick, he asked Yaku about them and Yaku told him he was in love. At first he didn't believe it but then whenever you came around he felt butterflies in his stomach, his chest beating faster, his constant stutter, it became clear. When he asked you to be his Girlfriend on the beach during the sunset, you couldn't say no, he was perfect for you and you was perfect for him, both went hand in hand like a toy with its accessory. You both ended up dancing the night away on the beach with the night sky gleaming above you both, a shooting star lighting up the sky, making a wish that you both hope would come true. It did come true, but at what cost? 10 months of dating you both were still madly in love, this love would last a life time. Every date he took you on butterflies fluttered, every kiss you shared, sparks would fly.

When you met Kuroo parent's for the first time, you was really nervous, your legs were shaking, Kuroo noticed and wrapped his arm around your waist to comfort you, in fact it made you a lot calmer. You and his family decided to watch the lion king, resting your head on Kuroo shoulder and intertwining your legs, without realising you fell asleep halfway through the movie. Kuroo adored you when you peacefully slept on him, he even took a sneaky picture of you and set it as his background wallpaper on his phone, he carried you to his bedroom and placed you gently on his bed and got in beside you, cuddling your small figure, he fell asleep. 

During your 3rd year of high school you became the manager for Nekoma's male volleyball team and Kuroo was glad as he got more time with you, if ever you struggled Kuroo always helped you, he loved giving you PDA he made sure his team knew you was his. Though once in a while Yamamoto can't help but try flirting with you, which you turn down but Kuroo sends him glares leaving Yamamoto to cower away, you loved it when Kuroo did that, it made you feel so safe.

On your 1 year anniversary Kuroo took you out for a romantic dinner at your favourite restaurant he also brought you a little teddy bear with a heart saying "you and I" nobody took Kuroo for the romantic type but for you he was. Kenma would often tease Kuroo asking when the wedding would be when you weren't around, this left Kuroo flustered and he would always reply "one day in the future and you will be the best man" after the meal you both walked to the beach to the spot where he asked you to be his girlfriend. You both talked about the year together sure you had good and bad times, but it made you both stronger and love more. Kuroo pulled out a box that held a beautiful silver ring that gasped your reflection in. "My love, this is a promise ring, though we are too young to marry at the moment, this is my promise that it will happen one day, I can't imagine my life without you in it. You are the best thing thats ever happened to me, Kenma would agree. I promise to keep loving you no matter what happens, and I know you'll do the same for me" he spoke softly, tears fall from your eyes as he slides the ring onto your finger and kisses your tears away and pulls you into a sweet long lasting embrace.
