Once again it had been several days since I heard from Oliver.

Not a call, not a message, and not even a middle finger as he flew by on his scooter.

I had messaged him several times since the other night and he didn't respond.

Maybe he was disturbed.

I did wake up to him half on top of me again. Only this time he was drooling in my hair.

I couldn't help but think this was like the first incident. Now we have two.

Kelly and Cassy questioned me for nearly twenty minutes when I returned home. I felt like I should've been placed in an interrogation room with the way they acted. Question after question, trying to figure out every detail.

Was I with bowl cut boy? That was not that hard to figure out since he was like my only other friend. Why was I with him? Probably because you two are complete assholes suddenly. Did we do the do? I don't even know why this question was asked.

Finally though, after all that they dropped it. No insults towards him and their attitudes were basically back to normal. I found that strange but ignored it.

I was currently sitting in front of my laptop, writing code for a website and beginning to get bored of it. I was nearly finished and had been working for five hours on it. My eyes snapped to my phone.

I picked it up and opened to Oliver and I's conversation.

S-Hey dude, sorry I passed out at your place last night. Thanks for letting me stay.

I sent that after I made it home on Saturday. He didn't respond.

S-What are you doing today?

I had sent him that later on in the evening on Saturday. Once again, no response.

S-Learn any new scooter tricks?

I sent him Monday.

S-You good dude?

Monday evening.

S-Oliver.

Yesterday afternoon.

I stared at the messages and felt a bit of anger rise up from my stomach.

What the fuck is his problem? I understand that we met each other like a week or so ago but I know he doesn't have any other friends here. I know he doesn't go anywhere, very often, I can see his car down the street. Why the fuck is he avoiding me?

For a second my anger turned to rage and all I needed was a second.

S-Is there any fucking reason you can't respond to me?

S-Did I piss you off or something?

I sat my phone down and ran my hand through my hair, the scowl on my face starting to hurt. I relaxed my face a bit.

I had a staring contest with my code as I waited for a response. He has to respond to that. Two minutes became five minutes, and five minutes became ten.

I grabbed my phone again. The scowl reappearing with much more force.

S-Sorry I fucking stayed the night at your house, if you didn't want me to stay you should've just said so. I would've understood but instead you decide to just ignore me for several days. You did that last week too. Listen Oliver, if you don't want to be friends with me YOU DONT FUCKING HAVE TO. So if you don't want to hang out with me I'd prefer you to tell me rather than ignore me.

A light knock on my door made me freeze my angry thumbs. My eyes snapped to the door.

"What?" I growled, not realizing how angry I was until I spoke. I didn't want to be rude but I shrugged it off. Kelly and Cassy have been nothing but rude to me lately, even if their attitudes changed, I think it's perfectly acceptable for me to be rude sometimes too.
