Divya stepped into her cabin feeling worse than before. Her skin was flushed, vision blurred because of unshed tears, nose stuffed and her muscles were aching. She dragged her feet across the cold titles and leaned back in her chair.

She wasn't feeling good but the meeting was important. So instead of sulking around, she picked up her presentation file and started going through it one more time.

After a while, shikar walked into the cabin uninvited. "Hey there jangli billi." he said casually, taking a sit across her.

They always call each other names. It was their way of teasing each other. It wasn't meant in any way to hurt each other. It was fun. It was their thing.

And he was worried about her. After Drishti's call, he was keeping an eye on her. She was sick, that easily be seen from her appearance. Even some of the colleagues seemed to take a detour around her cabin. She looked scary and they feared an angry, moody or sick Divya. She was nice and friendly. Always trying to help people. But when she was in one of her moods, she was better to be left alone.

Divya snapped up from her file and glared daggers at him, "did you just call me a jangli billi? How dare you? What the hell do you think of yourself ha? I'll kill you!". She didn't know why but she reacted like this. This was supposed to be normal but today nothing seemed normal. This just wasn't her day and yes she did like this guy but sometimes he hit the wrong nerve.

Shikar stood up and took a step back in fear. "Arey yaar. shant, shant, calm down. Main toh bas hi keh raha ta. To toh koon karne pa utar gayi. Maine aisa kya kar diya?".

Divya took a few breathes to calm down before looking up at shikar. He also knew how to calm her down. In fact, he was the only person who dared to approach an angry Divya Sharma. "I am sorry Mr Bandar. I have a really bad headache."

"A bad temper too." he chuckled but stopped when he saw the way she was looking at him. "What? Even the employees are scared of you.".

"Shut up! What do you want? Why did you barge into my cabin?". She sat back down and grabbed her hair in frustration.

"Tumeh tarne ke liya." he mumbled under his breath.

"What? I didn't catch that.".

"Nothing. I was here to fetch you for the meeting. Do you want to go or keep screaming at me?".

Divya sighed and stood up. "Give me 5 minutes.".

"Okay jangli billi!", he said and left but turned back and gave her a cute smile. "Jo bhi hai, badi hai bardi cute. Meri jangli billi." he blushed and left. .

Although she rolled her eyes, there was a small smile tugging at her lips. she stood up grabbing her files. She took a few deep breathes and straightened herself out. "I can do this."

She took a quick glance at the picture of her inspiration kept on her desk and walked out of the room as if everything around her was not spinning. "You can do this. Just a while more. Then you will be with di, your bed and your chocolates.", she smiled. Her adrenaline started pumping in her veins giving her the strength she needs for the next 2hours.

She knocked on the door of the meeting room before stepping in with a killer smile. "Good morning ladies and gentleman, I m Divya Sharma," she said forwarding her hand for a shake.

They shook her hand and the meeting went on. There were a few hiccups but shikar and her were ready for those. At times Divya felt like slapping someone for the dumbest questions asked but she composed herself. Professionalism. That's what Drishti had always thought her. The meeting ended smoothly with the investors really impressed by shivya.

Shikar went to see of the clients to the gate and returned jumping up and down. He picked Divya up from the back and started spinning her. She was taken aback by his actions but still laughed. After all, it was a tough deal. But the adrenaline quickly wore off and pain overtook her again.

She squeezed her eyes in a futile attempt to ease her pain. When shikar finally put her down and she opened her eyes.

She grabbed his collars, pushing him a few steps back. "You Bandar Shergill! How dare you touch me?! Cant, you see my head hurts. Why did you do that?". Her voice broke at the last question and her watery eyes shined bright.

He gently pulled her hands away from his collar and walked her to her cabin's sofa. She let herself be dragged along with him and She sat down. He gave her some water and caressed her hair while she soothed her throat with water.

"Buddy. Kia hoa? Are u okay?". He asked softly. He didn't mind the aggression that she displayed. They were buddies. This how they function. She wasn't angry, she was just calling out for help. He knew she was in pain and needed to take it put on someone. In fact, he was glad she found it safe to take it out on him.

She put the glass down and looked at him. She stared at him for a second before jumping into his arms and burying her face in his chest and silently wept. He just wrapped his arms around her.

Divya felt safe and secure in his arms. Like everything was going to be okay. He was home away from home. They sat in that position for close to 10 minutes.

Once her cries turned into sniffles she pulled back and looked up at him with tired eyes. " Mr Bandar, everything hurts. My head, my eyes, just... everything.".

" I know, shh. Calm down. I'll call di alright. She will come and pick you up." he made her lie on the sofa and took off his jacket and wrapped it around her shivering frame. He stepped out and called Drishti.
