You are a ray of sunshine
Everyone needs you.
All the time.
But then something happened.
Behind the scenes,
You broke and flattened.
No one heard your screams.
You hide it from everyone else
Not wanting help as you're under this spell.
I just want to help,
But I don't know how.
Once I could've,
But I broke that vow.
We turn our backs on each other.
Deep down, I loved you like a brother.
And now when I think of it,
I just shudder.
You would've told me all this.
At one point in time.
When our relationship was at it's prime,
Cause we both were on cloud nine.
But that's back in the past.
All thanks to me.
And the future I couldn't see.
I miss you,
And am ready for anew.
Until I heard this.
It just came out of the blue.
You can't leave this world,
Stranding us all alone.
It slips your mind that you're loved,
As you just stare at your phone.
It's a dark tunnel that we're in.
You forget that there's light on the other side.
You're about to give up.
You're turning dull when you were light.
Imagining a world without you,
It's something that is hard to do.
I want to help.
I need you.
