For as strong as Beerus, Merged Zamasu, and Jiren all are, none hold a candle to the Grand Priest. The patriarch of the angels, and the only angel capable of causing Gods of Destruction to kneel out of fear, the Grand Priest is one of the strongest characters in the entire series. Unlike Zeno whose power is to be expected considering his nature as the lord of everything, the Grand Priest is just an angel who may very well rival Zeno, if not surpass him in power.
Zeno has the mind of a child and sees extinction as a game, but the Grand Priest knows and understands what he’s doing.
Zeno is the Omni King and the top of the totem pole, but the Grand Priest feels very much in charge. He delegates Zeno’s actions, oversees his visitors, and even acts as a judge from the Tournament of Power. He’s especially unsettling given his very casual approach to universal erasure. Zeno has the mind of a child and sees extinction as a game, but the Grand Priest knows and understands what he’s doing. And he likes it.
