Chapter 16

After a long night of Raw and a few surprises, Rebecca finally left the arena and headed straight to the hotel. She opened to see Colby sitting with flowers on his lap.

"Surprise lass" he stood up from the couch while opening his arms to hug her.

"Omg what are you doing here I thought you were gonna fetch me on wednesday" she said surprised.

"I was getting bored so I decided to come. I was gonna die being alone" he said.

"But you honestly didn't have to do this lad. I can imagine how tired you must be" she said as she dropped her bad on the chair.

"Nah I'm good becks. I still have lots of energy though." He said. "If anything I feel like I could do a whole workout without breaking a sweat"

"Oh okay how about we put some of that energy to good use?" She said

"Good use huh? What could that be?" He said while moving closer to her.

"We could go downstairs and actually train or we could go out with my pals and have some fun" she pushed him back gently.

"Hmm I don't really feel like going anywhere, why don't we just Netflix and chill" he slowly granted her hand and caressed it.

"Can we just please go out. I promised Ashley anyways that I would come and you would help me out because I was to become a third wheel and nobody likes a third wheel hanging around"

"Ok fine but can we cone back early though I'm really tired"

"You just said you had plenty energy just now and were not going far where just going to the bar downstairs idiot"

"I'm just messing with ya becks you know I'll go anywhere with you."

"Well played lad, I'll let Ashley know I'm ready and we can start leaving"

"Ok while you do that I'll go and change into something else" he said as he went to the bathroom to go and change.

"Hey your pals are so fun. I actually enjoyed spending time with different people, I liked Manuel especially" Colby said as he opened the hotel door.

"You see I told you would have fun with them. Ashley told me she likes you much" she went inside and took of her boots and dropped flatly onto the bed.

"Yeah I'm sure she does that's why she pulled me aside and basically threatened my life, if I did anything bad" he said as he went into the bathroom.

"She's just trying to look out for me Lopez, she's like my sister that I never had and she knows everything about me even with the whole thing... you know" she said.

"Yeah I know. I've been thinking Becks, I want you to come meet my mom" he said as he wiped his face with a towel.

"What, are you serious Colby" she jolted up and walked into the bathroom and stood by the doorframe.

"Well does it look like I'm laughing" he turned to face her." I really want you to meet her and I know she will like you very much.

"Uh I just don't know. Can I sleep on it though"

"Yeah sure I don't want you to rush you into things that your not ready for becks"

"Your so sweet Colby how did I even meet a person like you"

"You know what they say I'm one in a minion" he joked

"Haha very funny Lopez, that's a nice one" she said as she walked back to the bed.

"I've got more up my sleeve wanna hear them, cause I've got lots" he left the bathroom and walked back into the room.

"No no no, I'm tired and I have to work again tomorrow so please Colby save the jokes for later" she said

" Oh yeah speaking of that what did your boss say about me"? He questioned.

"He really didn't say that much but he wants to meet you first then he'll discuss things further on" she replied back.

"Well how about I come with you to work tomorrows and we can speak to him and maybe you could introduce me to your other colleagues" he walked over to her side and hugged her from the back.

"Ok but let me give you like a pre-waring, your gonna meet a lot of people and you'll get tired of it pretty quick and hopefully you'll gain new friends out of this" she turned around to look at him.

"I wouldn't mind honestly making new friends have you seen how much free time I have " he said.

"Ah Lopez oh well-" she said and he interrupted her with a long passionate kiss as his arms were wrapped around her waist.

As the kiss had gotten deeper they slowly dropped on the bed still holding onto each other but the she broke the kiss.

"Wow that was umm..." she said out of breath.

"Amazing" he said smiling.

"Yeah it was spectacular but now I gotta get to bed so I can show to work early and not get scolded at" she said as she moved away from him and removed the top sheet and got in.

"Goodnight lad" she said and soon dozed of.

"Night Becks" he said and kissed the top of her head.
