Chapter 17

"Alright lad we have arrived are you ready" she said as she unbuckled her seatbelt.

"Yeah just a little though" he replied.

"You should get worried much your going to meet my boss not my dad" she said.

"Ok but that still doesn't help me though" he opened the boot and helped take out her stuff.

"but i feel like that's still isn't helping anything becks"

Ah but nothing Colby don't worry he is not gonna bite you... Ah shit" she said as she slapped her hand on her forehead.

"What? what is wrong" he asked

"I've just realized now not only will you be meeting my boss but also the CEO of the campany"

"Rebecca are you freaking kidding me, because I am literally going to drop dead right here" his eyes widened and pointed to the ground.

"Stop being so over-dramatic lad your not gonna die" she said as she closed the boot and started walking.

"I'm sorry it's just I cannot help it what if I say or do something wrong in front of them" he said seriously as he followed her into the arena.

"Lad your not gonna do anything bad just keep calm and breathe, you will be alright okay. She stopped to look at him and rubbed his hand.

"Okay I'll take your word for it". he turned her cap to match his. "You look so cute".

"Aww, okay enough now, this his show were going to do this; were are gonna go in there and you sit and wait for me and then we will go straight to Vince's office where Hunter will be meeting us and then we will take it from there okay" she said sternly.

"Ma'am yes ma'am." he joked

"Good, now let us proceed."

"Well who knew they would be so nice, I thought they would bite my head off." Colby said walking out of Vince's office with Rebecca feeling overwhelmed.

"I told you so, but it went so well lad I'm actually happy for you" she smacked his arm gently.

"Aww shucks thanks Becks, I really though I was gonna be piss my pants when I first walked in but then hey! here were I am walking the halls of an arena and I just met the CEO of WWE and might potentially work for him" he said.

"And I have you to thank" he lifted her and spun her around.

"Stop! Put me down otherwise I'm gonna get dizzy, then get a headache, then I will not be able to work." She shouted and he let  her go.

"I can't help it I do this a lot when I recieve good news" he then went to play with her again.

"Colby stop! Stop it. I'm about to start crying!"she tried to escape from his strong grip while laughing.

"Your just so fun I cannot let you go" he laughed and finally let her go again.

"Ok that's enough for today. How about we do this while you wait up for me to finish up with my work you can walk around the arena and then I will meet you at catering then we'll go up to the ring and 'have more  fun there' okay" she said.

"Is this your way of getting rid of me? By letting me walk around lonely in this big place? He said while pouting his lips.

"Maybe?

"Really Becks"

"I'm just messin with ya lad. See this as a chance to explore the world further and make some new friends" she patted him on the shoulder and stopped by the women's locker room.

"Ok so I will see you later" he caressed  her knuckles then kissed her hand.

"Yeah, I want be long okay," she blushed a bit then entered the locker room.

"I did do it, but I only did it to protect her
from that monster"

"Please stop"

Rebecca woke up to the strange voice she was hearing only to find it was Colby. Sweating and shaking like a little boy who was cold. She got out of the bed and went straight to the couch to wake up Colby.

"Colby! Colby! Wake up.

Phew how about that huh.
What do you think Colby was dreaming about?
