I walk into Latin and sit next to Apollo. Artemis is sitting next to a boy with dirty blonde hair, and could possibly a basic. He turns around and says "I'm Zeus. I'd rather be Poseidon or something but no, I'm the eldest son so I'm Zeus."
"Demeter. But I prefer Demi." I said. We shake hands and he turns around, since the lesson starts. Roll call begins.
I don't pay attention until I hear "Madison Gracel?"
I see Madison, sitting with Caleb, her two cronies behind her. I then hear, in order, Caleb Heron, Hannah katson, and Taylor Justle. The most popular basics.
I then hear Apollo and Artemis Naiads. After that I hear "Demeter Maenads?"
I then yell "Call me Demi!"
I hear snickering and I turn around and say "At least my last name means something."
Then Zeus is called. "Zeus Opheron?"
"HERE IS THE GREAT AND ALMIGHTY ZEUS" making madison and her cronies snicker.
I don't pay much attention, since I already know Latin. Madison and her cronies were struggling, so I said " Don't feel so high and might now do ya?"
She then proceeded to say "The only reason you're good at Latin is because you're a Greek geek."
Us four just died of laughter. Then we looked at her. She was actually that dumb. Apollo said "No. Greeks speak Greek. It's in the name. The Romans speak Latin."
That was the best part of the day, sadly.
