Chapter 7

NO ONE'S POV
After Namjoon got home, he ranted to Hoseok for at least 2 hours. Luckily, all 3 boys were already asleep.

Namjoon went on and on about how they went out to eat, (Jin eating all his food plus half of Namjoon's) how after they ate they walked down the sidewalk and Jin's hand brushed against his.

Hoseok only nodded and smiled as his best friend rambled on.

"Well it sounds like you had fun," Hoseok smiled.

"I did. And when I dropped him off at his house, he kissed my cheek! I literally died right there!" Joon exclaimed.

"So you didn't actually kiss him?"

"Well no. 1- We just met like 2 weeks ago. 2- It was our first date and 3-He darted inside after kissing me," Joon explained, smiling and lightly blushing as he spoke.

Hoseok showed his heart-shaped smile and laughed a little at Namjoon's explanation.

"Well, I'm glad you had fun, Joonie. I'm gonna head home now. I'll text you later." Hoseok got up, waving to Namjoon before leaving.

Joon went upstairs to check on his sons, all 3 still sleeping peacefully, and soon went into his own peaceful slumber.

While Namjoon was talking with Hoseok, Jin was rambling on and on to his own best friend, and roommate, Yoongi.

Jin didn't go into too much detail about their date, but Yoongi put two and two together to piece the story together.

Yoongi also watched how Jin moved his hands as he spoke, that helps a little. When Jin finished, Yoongi spoke up.

"You sound like you're in love with him," Yoongi chuckled.

"I'm not! We just met! But, I will say I like him. He's sweet, kind, caring, gentle, and very handsome. He has the cutest dimples too!" Jin smiled widely, an image of Namjoon's adorable smile popping into his mind.

Yoongi shook his head and snapped his fingers in front of Jin's zoned out face.

"Jin, focus. Stop dreaming about him and pay attention to me," Yoongi stated. Jin shyly smiled and looked at Yoongi.

"Ok, ok, but today was the best day," Jin sat back against the couch with a dreamy gaze upon his face. Yoongi sighed, seeing as he had lost Jin again.

"If you're just going to think about him them I'm going to bed," Yoongi stood and Jin looked up at him.

"Well, I don't know what else you want me to say. I told you what happened today sooo..."
Yoongi just shook his head at the older male.

"Eh, it's whatever. I'm tired anyway. I'll see you in the morning," Yoongi walked upstairs to his room.

Jin sat on the couch for a few more minutes before getting up and doing his nightly routine.

When he was done he crawled into bed, but couldn't sleep. His mind raced with the memories of earlier in the day.

The longer he thought, the more memories came back.

The more memories that came back, the smaller Jin felt.

He hated remembering it.

It made him antsy and closed off. He didn't want to talk or think about it. Any of it.
Jin tossed and turned, trying to forget. He thought about Namjoon and how their day had been.

"He's not like him...he wouldn't do that.." Jin told himself.
