Lorian sighed frustratingly as she pushed the door open to her rather small bedroom. She couldn't get her mind off of the phone call with Ciera. It had been almost 2 weeks since they talked and she wasnt any closer to finding her. She crossed the room to her rather large bed that rested in the corner of the room. The metal frame creaked as she flopped down on it. Resting her arm over her face, covering her eyes as she lay there in silence.

A few moments later Maggy walked through the door, closing it behind her with a genital click. She gave a quick glance to Lorian before walking to the other side if the room, opposite of the bed, to where a rather large dest rested against the wall. A total of three computers laid upon the top of the desk, a single keyboard and a single mouse that was hooked up in such a way that they both could be used on all three computers.

Grasping a hold of the leather computer chair, Maggy pulled the chair out and sat upon the soft cushion as she pressed the power button on the bottom corner of each monitor. Taking a deep breath she turned within the chair to see Lorian hadn't moved from her previous position. "We'll find her." Even she didnt believe the words that came out of her mouth. New York was a big area, theres no way that the tow of them can search withing 50 miles and come up with results. Though, she was at least hoping they would find something that would lead them to Ciera.

Lorian huffed a laugh as she shook her head. She shifted onto her side, turning away from Maggy. She quickly wiped her eyes as frustrated tears escaped them. "Yea cause I'm sure theres at least one place in New York that we havent checked." Her voice came out more harsh then she intended it to be. But who could blame her? She just had this feeling of dread in her heart and no matter what she did the feeling never went away and and she couldnt bring herself to ignore it.

Maggy narrowed her brows as she turned back to her computers. Something was bothering her but she couldnt place it. A sudden "ding" sound had her glancing at her phone as a notification popped up on the main screen of her phone. Soon her brows narrowed as an idea came to mind. Completely forgetting about what she wanted to look up in the first place she turned back to Lorian, who remained in the same spot with her back facing her.  "When you called her, did you happen to noticed how long the pause was between the time the phone connected and the time the phine started ringing?"

Lorian turned toward her friend with a raised brow. "No, not really should I have?" She turned onto her other side, propping her head up on her hand as her elbow dug into the soft mattress of her bed. She watched Maggy as she seemed to be battling something within her mind. "Maggy, what is it?" She asked after a shirt pause.

Maggy shook her head as she raised her gaze back to Lorian. "Its just a hunch." Maggy looked down as she thought about her idea. She was uncertain if it would work, but did she just want to forget about it and go back to what she was initially going to do? Breathing out a sigh she shook her head at that idea. No, she had to check the phone. If it didnt work then she can truly say she tried everything.

"Maggy, what is it?" Lorian was getting anxious as she waited for Maggy's explanation. She fully sat up, her legs dangling down the side if the bed as she leaned forward watching Maggy closely hoping she would see what she was talking about rather then hear.

Maggy shook her head slightly. "Sorry." She turned back around grabbing her phone so she could demonstrate exactly what she was talking about. "When you call someone, there is a bit of a delay between the time it takes from when the phone connects to the tower to when it starts ringing on the phone. If I knew the exact amount of time I can narrow down the search radius." Maggy shrugged as she moved her head side to side. "In a matter of speaking."
