That night after the Oni had spent the day wrecking havoc on the town and it's supernatural residents as everyone slept tightly in their beds, Lizzie Saltzman was still recovering from the blast of black magic that Josie had used on her to rid her sister of the Oni. However there was a lot that they didn't know about the magic and the spell that Josie had used on Lizzie and Oni like the fact that it had managed to undo whatever magic Malivore used to rid her and everyone else of their memories of Ava causing her to wake up remembering everything with a new sense of determination to talk to her boyfriend and his twin. The next morning after getting dressed for the day, Lizzie stormed into the main hall where everyone was getting ready for the decade dance that was happening that night as she spotted her boyfriend sorting out the decorations. Wyatt wore a long almost baggy green T-shirt, a pair of ripped black jeans with the cuffs of his jeans tucked into his brown combat boots.

" Wyatt Ansel Mikaelson!" Lizzie said calling out to her boyfriend from her place by the door causing him to turn around to find the source of the yelling before seeing Lizzie storming towards him

" What!? Why are you middle naming me? It's only 7:30 in the morning, I couldn't possibly have done anything to annoy you yet" Wyatt said trying to make light of whatever was going on with her

" how about not telling me that you had a twin sister who everyone had forgotten about? How last year we became friends? How she's the reason that Josie survived the Malivore bullet?" Lizzie said furious

" wait, what? You remember Ava? How is that even possible?" Wyatt said as he gently dragged Lizzie off into a nearby room so that they would have more privacy to talk about this without being overheard

" I'm guessing that it has something to do with what Josie did to me last night, she must have gotten rid of everything affecting me and not just the Oni" Lizzie said pacing as she tried processing all of this

" with the amount of black magic she used on you, I guess I shouldn't be surprised but still this is unbelievable" Wyatt said as he sat down on the arm of the chair on one of the chairs in the room

" how long have you known?" Lizzie said looking at her boyfriend as she wondered how long he had been lying to her and everyone else about Ava being back and who she really was to him since then

" that's a complicated question... I never forgot her, neither did Cassie or Nate because we're tribrids and natures little loopholes. She came back a week before summer ended, she called me that night to come and get her" Wyatt said deciding to be honest with her now that she knew the truth

" and you never once thought to say anything to anyone?" Lizzie said realising how they could have prevent the massive fallout that was about to happen between Ava, Landon and Josie when it all came out

" It wasn't my call to make. Anyway no one would have believe me and honestly if someone came up to me saying that they had a sister that no one knew about, I wouldn't believe them either" Wyatt said softly to her knowing he had thought about it

" oh my god, that's why you decided to stay here over the summer rather than go to New Orleans with your mom or Europe with me " Lizzie said as everything suddenly made sense about his strange behaviour

" yeah, I wanted to stay here and do as much research on Malivore in case something came up about bringing someone back while my aunt Freya and Davina worked in New Orleans" Wyatt said simply

" and what about the rest of us? Did you think that we deserved to know too? I know I haven't always been close to Ava but we became friends last year" Lizzie said thinking about the damage that had been done
