You make me Nervous

Getting to know Archie had ruby's heart fluttering, was she mad at Mrs. Beachaump obviously she remembered how she had felt when they got that shout.

adult female trauma ,in Jolin's pharmacy on Reagants street please attend, i felt this horrible sinking feeling in my stomach, I couldn't explain it. When we got there and Archie was there on the ground my heart cracked I was so confused were just colleagues I have no right to feel this way.

"I think i understand I like her" ruby says softly sitting on the seafront. "I have a crush on Dr.Archie Hudson" she says aloud to herself, people look at her a bit strangely but she doesn't care she's just admitted something huge to herself and everything starts to make sense, the way she had felt aboutArchie when she first arrived, like her heart couldn't take being beside her. Now she understood that her heart wanted to be with Archie, more than anything it couldn't stand being beside her but not being with her.

But being the logical sort of person she was, she weighed up the pros and cons of her and Archie would a relationship even work between them, they were two very busy people, with their jobs would they be able to make a relationship work, plus did Archie even like her? Ruby couldn't tell she had always been terrible at understanding people the way they used tiny social cues to communicate was ridiculous and Ruby wished people would be direct.

That was another thing that had made her fall for the hot-headed doctor, she was direct and to the point but still kind and caring. She cut the crap but not the compassion it was what made her an amazing doctor.

Ruby groaned putting her head in her hands "I hate being in love" she groaned miserably to Harmony and walked home.

Archie sighed into her coffee"ah I know that sound it's the sigh of having a crush on someone" Will  teased sliding into the stool across from Archie's "so who is it is it me,I'm soon to tell you but I'm all booked up this week but i could fit you in sometime next week."                                             Archie gave him the death glare "no idiot it's not you" she said unhappily. Will dramatically clutches his heart and mocks being heartbroken. "So who is it really, ooh let me guess, I bet it's someone from the ED is it Lev??"

"Ewww no gross, he's married" she says "okay! mmm is it Jacob?"  Archie raises an eyebrow "maybe it's Ruby!" Will jokes a look of startled surprise comes over Archie as he accurately guesses , not missed by the astute Will. "OH MY GOD you like Ruby?!?!?!"

"shh keep it down, I don't want the whole of Holby knowing" Archie says "but yes i do, she.. she just is amazing, with patients and she's so cute and jesus christ i have a crush on her don't I?" she groans into the table Will pats her shoulder sympathetically "Yes I'm afraid ya do Archie sorry" he replies tipping his hands up apologetically.

'here we go again' he chuckles inwardly as he watches the two young women bump into one another in the hallway oblivious to the flirting of their crush.
