"Human (Y/n)!"

"What?"

"Why haven't you returned to your parental units?"

I looked down at my hands fidgeting I could feel myself start to panic, I glanced around the room trying to avoid his gaze.

"I-uh,"

My heart started racing, I knew I couldn't get out of this without telling him,

"They kicked me out, it'll only be for a few days until I can go back but you know kinda sucks."

Zim looked to me shocked,

"Parental units can do that!?"

"They shouldn't pretty sure it's illegal but mine still do,"

I leaned onto the couch,

"My so called parents, have done this before so I'm used to it,"

I looked to him and a thought came over me,

"I, do you want me to leave? I didn't mean to intrude,"

He shook his head,

"No, I will allow you to stay here until your parental units let you back into your home."

I cracked a smile,

"Thank you,"

Zim had gone to his lab while me and Gir watched tv,

"Hey Gir, wanna go get a slushie?"

The tiny robot nodded fast excitedly and jumped off the couch I followed him and grabbed my bag/money.

Gir got in his disguise and I snatched him up, we walked out the door and I started on my way to the gas station. Once arriving I walked over and got two one blue and one red.

"just the slushies,"

The cashier nodded and I paid him,  I set Gir down and handed him the blue one, we walked out of the place and wandered around for a while.

While walking I glanced to the other side of the road my parents were there walking with my brother, probably looking for me so they don't get arrested or somethin.

I snatched up Gir careful to not drop my drink or his and walked faster, not wanting to deal with them.

I kept my eyes on my parents when my Mom turned around and saw me, I bolted running as fast as possible. I could hear her calling after me after a while of running a stopped. I was at some kinda park, it was probably one of the cleanest places I've seen.

There was no trash thrown about it, trees covered a lot of ground but there was a path leading into them, the best part was nobody seemed to be there which explained the lack of trash.

I walked down the path into the trees, gasping in awe after a while of walking I came across a lake, there were some benches there, the colors were faded to a light blue and honestly looked quite nice.

I walked over to one and sat down on it, Gir jumped out of my arms and set his slushie down before going off running around and playing with the water.
