Hi! This is my imaginative character Marcaline. I'm still drawing her and fixing it somewhat but this is what I've got so far.
Marcaline comes from a well known family in a suburban city in Paris. Her parents are Yui and Alexander Scarlet her mother used to be a hero before she married Scarlet. Alexander Scarlet is a infamous medical scientist with million dollar creations, experiments and ideas for quirks all around the world. Her mom died giving birth and her dad became severely mad from the fame and glory getting in his head.
Mistreated Marcaline, didn't even look at her as his own. Just a little doll for him to play with.

Her quirk is Neon. She can make neon at her very palm and do what she pleases with it. From lack of knowledge and training she can so far create weapons and use them in combat but not to kill. Marcaline's quirk works based on her emotions that have different abilities to her neon and herself.
Age : 14-16 (by season 3) Long mint green hair, honey brown eyes, 5'1, flexible, slim and curvy.
