Alexander Scarlet used to be very famous medical scientist in Paris with million dollar experiments, theories and tests. He was always neutral to the new human society, all of his studies are for those who have a quirk.

The fame and glory got to his head and became mad and evil. Manipulated Yui Kanime from Tokyo Japan, married her and had their daughter Marcaline. Marcaline believes her father caused her mother's death instead of it being from birth, she knew what he plans were when Marcaline was gonna be born and planned on taking her away. He did anything to get his way and with knowledge and a profession in the scientific medical field he put Marcaline through much testing, ideas and experiments he even gave her the quirk she has, she wasn't born with it she was actually quite less.

Yui Scarlet used to be a hero in Paris and moved to Japan temporarily. She fell in love with Alexander Scarlet but didn't know marrying him was only a set up for a trap. Unfortunately she couldn't stop Alexander or take Marcaline away but watches her in her heart and soul.

Evelyn Scarlet is Marcaline's younger half sister. She doesn't have a quirk and isn't really around because her mom has custody of her. But her and Marcaline are close and was crushed when Alexander dragged her into the mess he caused.
