Last night. Something happened. My best friend called it our spark. I think that it was...... Love......
He took me on a date at the lake. With a picnic basket he carried dinner. A course of sushi. We ate while the sun when down. I layed there in his arms as he fed me. "I'm board" he said as he stood up.
"Go climb a tree" "Okay I will" He walked up to a fairly tall tree and started to climb. I watched him" Okay. I have conquered a tree. I'm still board". "Come back down a different way." I yell as I laugh. He cautiously starts to come down. But he falls. I run to him" OH NO! I'm so sorry." I put my face into my hands as I cry. He pulls them away." I'm fine. Stop crying."
"I can't I-I did this." He sits up and wraps his arms around me. "Babe. I said I was fine. And I am. Its not your fault." He stands up holding my hands pulling me up with. He hugs me pulling me into his chest. I start to cry. " what's wrong babe?" "I-I made this happen. I made you climb that stupid tree." "I here babe. I always will be. I'll protect you. Forever." My sobbing stops.He looks up " look up babe. Isn't it beautiful." I look up and nod. " look a shooting star. Make a wish." He slowly pulls towards the ground and lays down. I lay on his lap and fall asleep. He whispers" I love you." I hears him and smile " I love you too." We both fall asleep.
I wake up frankly looking around. He puts his arms around me."What's wrong?" I relax " Don't leave me." He holds my hand " I won't. Never" We fall back asleep.
