"Remember! Don't go too far!" Y/N yelled at the team, mostly directed to Hinata and Kageyama who were always competing against each-other in the stupidest ways. "Just because I know this area doesn't mean you could go and get lost!"

"Got it!" The team synchronized, making their way up the designated running route. Most of them starting to jog, then going into a speedier one. But no one really ran.

LmAo siKe u thOt!

Kageyama and Hinata started running ahead of everyone else, which really wasn't a surprise for Y/N since she pretty much called that they would go against what she literally just said.

Y/N made her way back into the gymnasium to Ukai and Takeda. "Have you both decided on the setter yet?" Takeda asked the two coaches who just frowned in response.

Y/N fidgeted with her hands, "I- I think we should use Tobio-kun."  She quietly announced to the adults. "Hear me out."

The two adults looked at her.

"Don't get me wrong, Koushi is basically family but I think he wants what's best for the team." Y/N looked aside. "I know, it's a hard decision but I think using Tobio-Kun in our starting line-up would be the most effective way to win."

Y/N took a deep breath in. "You and I are stuck on this decision only because Koushi is a third year."

'Damn, she saw straight through me. Smart and quick, isn't she?'  The older coach furrowed his brows, then going over what she just stated. "You and Sugawara are family?" Ukai questioned the girl.

"They're family friends." Takeda informed the blonde coach. "But I think L/N-san is right, you both are stuck on this because Sugawara is in his last year of high school."

a/n: i've made it perfectly clear they see each other as family. please respect my options and shut up about alabama and whatnot.

Y/N nodded, "Koushi is a pretty readable person, at least for me. I know he wants to play and gain points himself, at least from what I could read. If he wasn't in his third year, it would be a simple decision, but he's not. Not to sound harsh or blunt, but it's obvious that Tobio-kun has more skill and talent than Koushi."

"You want Kageyama on the starting line-up." Ukai declared, Y/N humming in agreement. "It's probably the most smartest choice in all honesty."

"I'll fill you in once after I help Kiyoko with lunch." Y/N waved. "Sound alright?"

"Sounds fine to me." Ukai affirmed, "Now go on." Y/N chuckled, making her way out of the gym and towards the main building to help with lunch.
