I awoke in my tent after a good night of feasting, and looked to see my wolf companion laying next to me. She appears very attached to me, but I welcome it I gently began petting her as she awoke and began licking my face. I just laughed.
(Y/N): Come my friend. Let us go see what the morning has for us.
We got up and went out to the rest of the village. It appeared everyone was in a morning routine. Gathering supplies, forging, talking. It all seems really peaceful. I could retire in a place like this. Then I felt a surge of power I immediately went to investigate. It's coming from Rimuru's tent.
Baldwin: Rimuru! I felt a surge of power coming from here is everything...o...k?
I was a bit shocked to say the least. Rimuru was in his slime form, but that wasn't what surprised me. All of the Ogres were there with him, but the all looked fundamentally different. They no longer had the skin color that matched their hair and clothes, but the had similar skin tone to myself and Rimuru in his human form. Though they all felt much more powerful.
Baldwin: What happened?

Baldwin: So giving a name to someone gives them your power?

Baldwin: Excuse me?
I looked at him puzzled
Baldwin: I-I don't have that kind of power.
Rimuru: You never know. Besides that wolf there seems to like you.
I looked down at the beautiful wolf that gently nuzzled me. I guess she wants me to name her.
Baldwin: Very well then. I'll name her...Stella. For she is as beautiful as the stars of the night sky.
To my surprise there was a bright light around her as we were all blinded. But when the light dies down I saw something that could only be described as God-given beauty.

Then she opened her eyes showing me the most enchanting golden eyes I have ever seen. When she looked at me her eyes went wide, then she leaped on me tackling me to the ground. I could feel her nuzzling my chest as I looked at her in surprise. The final surprise I got was when I her her soft, sweet voice.
Stella: My Knight~
I actually blushed when I heard that. I could feel my heart racing. When I heard that.
Rimuru: Hehe I told you she liked you.
As I heard him speak he also laughed. Clearly enjoying himself. Then the ogres laughed. Though I couldn't help but smile at this. I know what I must do. I stood prompting Stella to get off of me though she was a bit disappointed I gently began patting her head which put a smile right back on her face.
