Percy was tired. No , that would be an understatement. He had barely slept for three weeks , learning all he could learn further about his present predicament with Harry.

He had also discovered Harry's cloak of invisibility , just being near it gave him the vibes.

It was made by a god , and it reeked of death. Normally his first bet would be Hades , but then he figured Hades would simply not be the kind of guy who simply gives mortals items of power.

And that was before he read the fairy tales of this place , and he had finished it yesterday.
Three brothers , Antioch, Cadmus, and Ignotus Peverell . Apparently they were in some kind of journey.

And they had to cross a dangerous river , too deep to cross and too dangerous. So , with their wits they made a bridge appear across the river and safely crossed.

And that was when the pissed off Thanatos appeared , apparently he had gotten every single mortal that had dared to cross his rivers and he sent to trick the three.

So he was like , ' You three have impressed me with your wits , ask any one reward for each of you and it shall be done!' Boomed death.

The brothers weren't really all that foolish , but they were power hungry.
The first brother asked Thanatos for a wand more powerful than any before , and Death had granted him.

The second brother however , wanted  to spite him more , and a friendly advice guys. Never do anything to spite any god who may or may not be looking to plot your death.

Anyway , he asked for a stone that could bring people back from the dead. Death simply nodded and took a small rock from nearby and enchanted it.

The third brother however was the cleverest out if them all , he did not trust Death and knew any gift would lead to his demise. So , he asked Thanatos for something that would enable him to go from the place without being followed by death.

And Thanatos had most unwillingly given him the cloak of invisibility. Well , the story ended up the usual . Which is to say , brutal. But then again , everything associated with gods was brutal.

The first dude boasted about his wand , then he got killed in his sleep and his wand was taken from him.

Second dude took his resurrection stone for a spin. He had a loved one who had died , and he tried to bring her back to life. Turns out , it only projected the dead people from their places in the underworld.

Seriously , if there was a stone which resurrected people. Hades would never let anyone have it , that much was sure.

So,  the dude could not hold the love of his life who had died. But , he couldn't do anything , in his frustration he hanged himself. And death claimed both his and the first man's soul.

Now it was the dude with the invisibility cloak , Death searched for him for decades.
And at last , he came. Passing his cloak to his descendants. And now in his old and wizened years , he welcomed Thanatos like an old pal.

The End.

That was so typical , two evil dudes die , good guy lives . But , even though the wizards died , the objects lived on. He had seen the elder wand in Dumbledore's hands , and he was pretty sure Harry had the genuine and real cloak of invisibility.

The resurrection stone however , that was an entirely different story. Tom riddle had  turned it into a Horcrux. The nerve of that fool , he probably didn't even know what the stone did , but he didn't love anyone , he was just a shell.

So , what he was able to conclude … well , not much anyway. But the fact that there was two of the three original deathly hallows right now in the school.
