I feel safe

Charlie's POV
It's been 2 days since I started walking again... I've gotten much better, I can walk on my own and almost stand up on my own.... But I'm still struggling a little... Tommorow is thanksgiving so ya know food!! Well if there is enough... I'm so happy that everyone is back together and happy....

"Sissy! Sissy! Guess what!" Penelope giggles as she runs through the door...

"What?" I say grabbing her hand and looking at her...

"Aubrey say that when you is better! We going somewhere special!!" Penelope says jumping up and down...

"Did she now... Hey how about you being her in here so we can talk about it.." I smile at her. She nods and runs off...

I could hear her talking to Aubrey... "Aubrey! Charwie wants to talk to you.." Penelope says... I smile, her speech is getting better!

"Hey, Penelope said you needed me?" Aubrey says walking in drying her hands on the towel...

"Ya I did, what did you tell Penelope? We are going somewhere special?" I ask...

"Oh ya! Well as you know thanksgiving is tommorrow and then Christmas... So I was thinking if making a run out and grabbing toys and stuff like that... For Penelope... And Sarah!" Aubrey said smiling....

That actually sounds like a good idea... "You know what else we should do!" I smile at Aubrey...

"What's that?" Aubrey asks

"We should have one I the boys be Santa clause!" I smile! I start to imagine what Luke would look like in a Santa outfit! Me and Aubrey were rolling on the floor laughing...

Luke comes down the stairs smiling. "why are you two laughing?" Luke asks sitting down next to me and Aubrey....

"Oh nothing.... We were just imagining you in a Santa clause suit!!" I say while me a Aubrey break out into a fit of laughter again....

Luke chuckled. "that would be pretty funny wouldn't it.." Luke said smiling down at me... Me and Aubrey were still laughing so I just nodded...

"Why is you laughing??" Penelope says running in with Sarah close behind her... Ya know Sarah is sneaky... I haven't heard from her... And I barely see her... I wish I was that ninja! I'm gonna have to start practicing!

"Oh nothing..." I smile "hey why don't you go get the rest of the family?" I smile at them as I watch them nod quickly and run up the steps...

"It's a big house, so I'm gonna go with them.." Aubrey says while getting up and going up the stairs to go find the girls....

I look up at Luke.... "Hi" I say while smirking....

He chuckles.. "Hey"

"So how have you been lately? I haven't seen you since last night?" I ask moving so my head is resting on his thigh... He start running his fingers through me hair, causing me to sigh in happiness....

"I've been busy... But I'm happy..." Luke said smiling down at me... His fingers still weaving their way through my hair... I smile up at him

"That's good!" I say and close my eyes....

Luke stopped playing with my hair... He slowly picked my head up and laid it on the floor.... He crawled close to me, putting his bicep under my head... And pulled me close...

"I'm glad I have you back!" Luke smiled at me slowly dragging his finger around my face.... I closed my eyes...

"I'm glad to be back... With you and our family.." I say smiling....

Luke nuzzles his head in the crook of my neck and wraps his free arm around my waist... I wrap my free arm around his torso, we pull each other together until we couldn't get any more closer.....

"Your safe you know that.." Luke said into your neck, it tickled....

"I feel safe Luke.." I say, I could slowly feel myself falling asleep.... He kissed my neck once before slowly drifting to sleep... I slowly fell asleep after.... And for once in my life while sleeping... I felt safe..
