It was Hagrid's big day today and I know that since the whole Draco and Harry thing has been sort of resolved, not many things will happen today. Like just imagine Draco trying to show Harry up and get injured like an idiot! What a show that would've been...

Mah new gang and I were the first people there and I made sure to deal with the people who had stupid opinions on Hagrid and him teaching. Of course I handled it with little to no violence! Will was supervising my ... negotiations so I couldn't do anything, not that I would've.

After the entire class appeared, Hagrid walked in beaming with a gorgeous creature by his side.

It stood proud and tall, making everyone gasp in wonder. It stood at a height of 7 feet I think and it was an odd mixture of a horse and an eagle. If I'm correct it should be called a Hippogriff. Whoever came up with that name should be asked where he got his brains from! Like why is there a hippo in the name, is it supposed to be a latin reference? It shuffled its feathers and preened its feathers elegantly. It trotted and stood next to Hagrid making it look like quite the picture. Gosh Bianca would've loved this class!

"Okay kids! Let's begin class shall we? Today I got my good ol' buddy Buckbeak here and he's going to be a good boy and let us have him as a model here. Okay now open your textbooks, remember to stroke the spine to open it. Now I'll be telling you guys to draw our fine boy here and then I'll have a demonstration on getting his respect!"

As we drew the lovely creature with the soft hum of everyone whispering to each other, Hagrid coaxed Buckbeak to stay still and give a pose.

Soon we were done and Hagrid asked for some volunteers.

"Now step up now for the demonstration so poor Bucky here doesn't feel too bored..."

(A/N: I genuinely had Bucky from MCU in my mind as I wrote this and I was gonna write ' So let's bring Steve in yeah?' Then I realised that's it's the wrong universe)

Everyone stepped back except for Harry and since I felt bad for him, I pushed Draco to the front.

He stumbled onto Harry and the cutest thing happened.

Bucky got startled and sort of raised his hoofs in surprise, but Harry thought he was going to attack them or something after all it is one prideful creature. So guess what?! That dear boy made Draco go behind him as protection and Draco just looks delightful. Then he realised he's not alone with him and got next to Harry.

The boy's first reaction was to protect him and I just *insert insane screaming*. I just can't exaggerate how cute that was cuz it was literally that cute and I had to make Will hold me to keep me from fainting. Got looks for that but eh after all Will be mine!

Those fluffy children were slightly startled until Hagrid calmed down lil Bucky.

They did the bowing procedures and whatnot and got on Buckbeak. Harry got on first then he held out a hand to Draco. Do you realise how romantic that is? He is LiTerALly a prince!!!! And Draco being the tomato he is got on behind him with his arms on the shoulders. Damn I really wanna get a horse and make Will get on them. The coolness will kill me but it would all be worth it.

Once Bucky flew I saw Draco shift his hands to Harry's waist out of fear and I just grabbed Hermione and almost shook the life out of her until Ron stopped me.

Ron looked like he wanted to say something, so I looked at him curiously.

"Look Nico... Harry's my best mate and I know he's been through a lot and I really don't want him to get hurt again. He's a good guy... no, great guy and since you all have good opinions about Draco and Hermione really trusts you. So I can give a shot at this friend thing with you guys, but I need an apology from Draco for all the rude and unjust things he said to my friends."
