Okay so I'm finally done with the first chapter! I'll be posting snippets of my chapters before posting them to compel you to read it on Archive of Our Own.
Mind you, the plot changes quite a bit and so does the backstories of everyone. So be prepared for a rewrite of this corny story, to perhaps be a bit more interesting!

"Hold up, I'm part of it by blood? Uh if you're referencing the disturbing relationships that go on between the Gods, please don't say it like that again."
Hades bellowed with a booming 'Ha', but Nico wasn't sure if it was rage or genuine humour.
"Foolish child, have you not been told your mother was a descendant of Hecate, or in more mortal terms, a witch? And a talented one at that!"

He slowly moved to his cabin and reached his gorgeously decorated cabin, filled with knick-knacks collected over the years, and lovingly decorated by his sister, Hazel, and Percy.
Over the years, he learned to love himself and the friends who love him in turn. He trained harder than ever and got permission from Mr. D to be the swordsmanship instructor of the camp. He trained the little ones mostly, and he loved them all too much, it's even a little scary how much he loved them.

Nico started with little giggles, which ended with him rolling on the floor, laughing his heart out, turning red in the ears, while Will looked at him a little embarrassed.
"—ahaahaha — Ah shit, give me a second. Thank Hades I have you, I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for you. Really and truly, I love you too much. Gods, that was too funny! Heehee—"
This went on for 10 minutes, and Will was relieved he unknowingly managed to get Nico to get rid of his pre-depressive episode state. And the little dragons in his stomach flew in circles, and warmed him up at hearing he loved him, but he smacked himself internally that Nico probably meant it as a friend.
