Logan's P.O.V
I took a deep breath as i pushed open the doors of Riverstone High, my new school. I quickly got my schedule and rushed to my first class. I didn't really want to draw any attention, especially from those in the popular cliques. I wiped the beads of perspiration on my forehead with my palm hastily before entering my new classroom. Even though I'd done this a thousand times, the nerves still got to me. I looked around and bam, I saw her. She looked exactly like the Luna, with her beautiful hazel-brown locks flowing down her heart-shaped face and a pair of emerald green eyes. I gasped.
"Mr Sanders..?" the teacher called out my name, disrupting my train of thoughts.
"Er yeah, yep. Thats me." I mumbled as I was slowly brought back to reality.
"Okay, please go take that empty seat beside Ms Andrews will you?" mentioned the teacher while gesturing towards somewhere at the back of the classroom.
I nodded hesitantly. I really didn't feel well. Tears were beginning to form in the sockets of my eyes. She really looked like Luna. A lot. I trudged my way to the back. Millions of thoughts flooded my mind that my head hurt. One thing for sure, I could not let myself fall for a girl this time round. I put on my game face and sat down next to the girl.
Janelle's P.O.V
The new kid sat down. He looked kinda cute with his messy blonde hair and dimples. Have I said that I simply adore guys with dimples? However, his face was hard and cold. I frowned. He must have been lonely. I was usually a quiet person but I had the sudden urge to talk to him. There was just this aura about him..
" Hi, I'm Janelle Andrews. What's you're name?" i blurted out, giving him a pleasant smile.
"Oh erm i'm Logan Sanders." He said with a sheepish smile on his face in return.
"Well, welcome to Riverstone High then," i said.
He thanked me while nodding shyly. I smiled. This boy is seriously so cute!
The rest of the lesson was carried out in silence except for a few short conversations but truthfully, i didn't mind the silence. In fact, i kinda liked it; it was the first time in a long time that i felt so relaxed.
"Okay class, i will be assigning your table partners as your group partner for a project that i will be giving you." Mrs Newman announced.
Logan and I exchanged glances at each other, smiling once again. With that, the school bell rang, signalling the end of class. We all gathered our books and headed out of the lab.
Looks like Logan wasn't about to talk about the project so i did, " so do you wanna meet up in the school library today to discuss the project?"
"O-okay," he stammered before waving goodbye.
He really is something don't you think so?
