Logan's P.O.V
The week passed in a blink of an eye. Soon it was monday morning and i was dragged out of bed and sent to school.
I grudgingly pushed open the doors and the first person i saw was Blake. I took a deep breath and started to walk past him, not making eye contact. But to no avail; once he saw me, he was hot on my heels. I quickened my footsteps and rushed into homeroom. I quickly sat down but soon found myself face to face with Blake.
"Chill. I aint gonna hurt you. Janelle made me apologise to you. But don't think that changes anything. Janelle is mine. So keep your hands of my woman." He snarled and stalked off.
I heaved a sigh of relief. Phew.
Janelle's P.O.V
i walked to homeroom and saw Logan.
"Logan! Are you okay? I'm sorry Blake punched you, its just he sometimes gets so overprotective..." i trailed off
"Its fine." he cut in.
"oh okay. Thats good. So um, i was thinking that we could meet up again today..."
"No. Today i can't. Why don' we just split the project into half and finish it seperately." he said sharply.
"oh um. Thats okay too. I guess." i said softly.
Was he angry at me? Was he scared to work with me because of Blake? Was he just tired? I frowned.
" So er did Blake apologise to you yet?" i asked meekly. Logan's death stare was a thousand times more powerful than mine.
He nodded without even sparing a glance at me. Homeroom felt as if ages until we were let out.
"Bye." i called out to Logan. But he just ignored me. Did i smell bad or something?
Logan's P.O.V
I didn't know pushing someone away could be so hard. I'd been doing it for many years but why was it that this time i was unable to push that beautiful green-eyed girl away? I knew i couldn't love her and even if i did, Blake would kill me. So why couldn't i? I put on a poker face and killed all the conversations she tried to start with me. The school bell rang and we all grabbed our bags. She said bye to me but i figured it was best to just ignore her and walk away. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. Sadly.
