Namjoon was born in the year 1600 and he was only 27 years old war with China started. Namjoon was the only son of a poor family of farmers but he was forced to go to war since no one asked him, he had to defend his country.
He knew nothing about fighting and he was thrown into the middle of a massacre where he was fatally injured. He was lying on the ground soaked in blood and knew that he is dying. The dust was slowly settling down after the long battle and Namjoon was silently waiting for death surrounded by thousands of dead bodies. He had no idea how long he was slowly dying but suddenly a shadow appeared above him and someone kneeled down next to him. A face of some man was floating above him and a cold hand touched his forehead.
"Tell me, are you ready to die?"
Namjoon weakly whispered no because who would want to die when their life hasn't even started yet? Namjoon wants to do so many things and yet he has no chance to fulfill his dreams. The man smiled a bit and then a pair of sharp fangs appeared in his mouth. He sank his sharp fangs in Namjoon's neck and started to drink blood out of his body. Then the man licked his lips and bit his wrist. Small drops of his blood showed and he smeared it over Namjoon's chapped lips.
The young boy is unconscious and the mysterious man dragged him in a forest and hid him in a cave. Namjoon had no idea that the man is Choi Seung-Hyun, the oldest and strongest vampire in Asia.
He hid Namjoon's body in the cave because it takes some time before he will change into a vampire. Right now Choi Seung-Hyun's blood is spreading inside Namjoon's body and replace weak human cells. Choi Seung-Hyun left him for three days and then came back to him with a young girl. She was unconscious so Namjoon's first prey is going to be easy. Namjoon woke up like a hungry and confused vampire. Seung-Hyun explained what he did to him and that from now Namjoon is going to be unstoppable in his new form. Then Seung-Hyun showed him the girl. Namjoon's new instincts were stronger and after short resistance, he sank his sharp fangs in soft flesh on her neck. In a few seconds he drunk every drop of her blood and then left the cave with a man who gave him a new life.
Namjoon had to hide from the sun for the first hundred years because it could have killed him. Even now he can stay in sunlight only for a few hours before it drains his energy. Their paths split and Namjoon was roaming around Korea for two hundreds years.
