Kat gasp as she shoots up of bed. She stead her heart and she turn her light on to see them they me to see it was midnight. The girl gets out of bed and tip toe to Bella room. Kat wince as she hits Bella dresser when she tried to get in bed causing Bella to shift around facing her. "Kat?" Bella says tiredly as she rub her eyes.
"I had a bad dream." Kat simple says.
Bella lifts up the comforter and pats her bed. "Come on." Bella says.
Kat grin and jumps into bed next to Bella. It was silent between the twins before Bella spoke up. "Kat." Bella says.
"Bella." Kat mock.
"Happy Birthday." Bella says tiredly smile.
"Happy birthday too." Kat says to Bella as she smiles at her.
Bella close her eyes as she wrap her arms around her sister causing Kat to sighed as they not fall to sleep thinking of Jasper and Edward thirsty for heir blood. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The sound of someone gasping awake Kat who noticing Bella panting with Romeo and Juliet lying on her chest.
Kat snorts. "Did you wake up after I went to sleep?"
"Uh I..." Bella stutters.
"Bella did I keep you up?" Kat ask feeling guilty.
"No! It's wasn't your fault. I just remember I needed to finish R & J." Bella lies terribly.
Kat laugh mocking. "Did you just lie to me on my birthday." Kat says putting her hands on her chest causing Bella to laugh as both girls almost fell off the bed. "No but seriously did I keep you up?"
"Yea... I was worried about you. Bella says sheepishly.
"Bella You should've told me. You need sleep." Kat says.
Bella roll her eyes. "And you needed me. You could have gone to dad but you didn't. You came to me cause you needed me."
