After her argument with klaus Skye headed back to the old house where Elijah was waiting with Hayley. As soon as she walked in she was bombarded with questions but all she wanted was to sleep so elijah showed her to her room and let her rest before kissing her forehead and then tending to Hayley.

The next day they had woken up and klaus had finally come home but had steered clear of Skye at all costs. He loved her and didn't want to fight with her anymore as it was tearing him apart, Skye and Hayley we're exploring the house and uncovering the furniture around the house Skye pulled off a cover from a couch and began coughing as the dust flew into the air and Elijah walked in just to see her coughing "my rose are you alright" he held her arm lightly "yea just some dust" she laughed "yea there's a lot of it huh" Hayley laughed as Elijah smirked at her "Scarlett. I was wondering. Has anybody asked you how you feel about this" she smiled softly "about being pregnant with a miracle baby?" She smirked "no....about being a mother" she nodded "well... I was left as a baby and the man I thought was my father abandoned me and everyone I ever really had turned against me. And that's just in this life let's not forget what happened to me before your mother turned us" Elijah sighed "my rose I swear that you will not be alone in this. Niklaus loves you more than life. He is just scared because of all that our father did to him" he excuses for klaus "I know lijah. I just wish he didn't hide himself like this. I wish he would just talk to me. But I am still mad at him" he laughed "klaus has done a lot in the past and you never cease to forgive him. You cannot stay mad for long my rose" she nods "I never can.... I just want my baby to be safe" Elijah smiles lightly "I promise you.... I will protect you till my days end. You and your baby will be safe... and your newfound twin" he smirks at Hayley and she blushes "and noble Elijah always keeps his word" klaus arrives but doesn't look at Skye as she sighs Elijah turns to him "is it done?" He asks as Niklaus leans against the white doorframe with a smirk "as a matter of fact... yes. Your underhanded deal worked quite well. Marcel was happy to accept my blood as such for my heartfelt apologies, his man Thierry lives and I remain a welcomed guest in the french quarter... my only concern now is this impotent coven of witches" he frowns slightly as he glances longingly at his love "I deem them quite honourable. They did release Skye and Hayley to me" he looks at the girls "all though they haven't been very forthcoming" Skye tunes in and Elijah agrees "Marcel must have something they need. They don't want him dead. So what is it that they so desperately need our help with but refuse to reveal to us" he ponders and klaus smirks "how about we find out..." Skye sighs knowing that this will lead to bloodshed and chaos "just keep my babies and my sister safe....whatever it takes" klaus' heart swells at her confidence and power as he looks in awe as she looks at her sister while holding her stomach "whatever it takes my love" he says softly and she finally castes his eye, holding a slight smile on her pink lips.
