Both the couple turned to look at the angry woman staring at them and it was Surya's little sister Meera
"Brother how could you cheat on Aruna?" she questioned
"Aruna? What!?" Asked Roshni unable to believe what she heard , her eyes pleading for an answer from him
" Yes Aruna is engaged to be married to my brother , didn't he ever tell you" she asked with a sarcastic tone.
Shame crept upon Roshni and tears started rolling down her fair cheeks, Shruti's words echoed in her mind
" Shut up Meera!" Surya barked
"It's a misunderstanding Roshni" he pleaded trying to hold her hand
" You were and still are engaged" retorted Meera
" Did you hide your engagement" she demanded with a shaking voice.
Surya couldn't watch Roshni breaking Down, he tried to hold her shoulder but she snapped his hand and wiped her face , exhaling she calmed out herself and started exiting his kitchen. Surya could've explained if she demanded answers but she has come to a conclusion and he didn't want to bother her more, he just shouted calmly " when you're anger is gone, I'll come to you and tell you the truth "

Everything else was a blur except the fact that he was cheating her all this time and making her feel like a two timing slut , when he himself was fooling both her and his fiance.Her teary eyes befriended her pillow for days.

Surya tried calling her several times, he even thought of going to her home but he didn't want to cause a scene in front of her father.More than Roshni leaving him, he couldn't tolerate the drama his sister has been making. He had called her to the dining table of their house to clear out all the confusion.
" Listen to what I have to say, speak after I say and don't create drama" he ordered as he gestured her to take a seat.like a little kid she obeyed eyeing her brother
" So one day you come up to me and tell that in order for you to get married to your boyfriend , I should marry his sister and I still told you when the time comes we'll see . later you come and tell me you have broke up and anyways Aruna was never a good match for me. Now how am I engaged to your boyfriend's sister" he asked calmly but she didn't answer
"You may speak " he ordered
" We didn't break up, it was a misunderstanding brother, please don't say that you love another woman" she cried
" Yes I am in love with that woman, if he truly loves you he wouldn't demand these kind of stupid things, please realize that Meera!" He exclaimed
" I'm calling Aruna and telling her everything, I love you my little sister but I cannot marry a woman that I don't love" he tried to make her understand

Days passed but Roshni felt the same way;betrayed and it was stinging her . Lying on the living room sofa looking out of the window rejecting every call made by Surya. Mr.Arwind and Mohan both entered the hall joyfully , the door bell rang and as the the helper opened the door Dr.Surya appeared
"Welcome Dr. It's good to see you" invited Mr.Arwind happily
"Ofcourse sir" smiled Surya sheepishly searching for Roshni's eye, Roshni purposefully looked away , She still was angry at him and cute looks and stupid antics wont change it .
" Sir I wanted to talk ab-"
" About the files papa, he had earlier asked about it" she cut in before he could say anything
" Please doctor, I'll guide you" she faked a smile and he followed behind. Opening the house door she indicated him to walk out as she walked in. A helpless Surya couldn't do anything, inorder to make her listen he would have to raise his voice but a drama in front of her father wouldn't be right . Surya calculated his travel plan and decided as he is traveling tomorrow early morning and returning on the 6th, its best to come back and explain everything to Roshni's best friend and make her understand.
