we bowed to the staffs as we came back to our waiting room after our performance. It's the second week of promotion for our new song "ICY" and i still felt ecstatic every time we went up on stage. is it because it's our first comeback? i don't know but i'm just happy to see all the fans, being able to put our song out and you know, perform on stage. it felt like the fact that i've debuted and currently living my dream is finally sinking in.
it's been a crazy few months, a good crazy of course.
i took a seat in front of the mirror and let my make up artist to tidy up my make up, since we're all going on stage again later for the ending. i felt one of my managers cooling me down with a portable fan, "you were great today yeji, everything was perfect!" "thank you unnie!", i beamed at her. i closed my eyes and tried to relax a bit before i heard yuna suggesting us all to take photos outside. since everyone agreed, i stood up from my seat and quickly checked my appearance for the last time before exiting the room.
as we went outside, we could hear a loud commotion from the waiting room right beside us which belongs to nct dream sunbaenim. it was mostly laughters and incoherent shoutings. i exchanged glances with my members and we all smiled at our seniors' antics. we proceeded to take our photos, we took some group shots and also individual shots. as we were taking photos for chaeryeong, we heard the door of nct dream's room opened. we all flinched as they began coming out of the room laughing about something. not really knowing what to do we bowed at them, though they didn't seem to notice. we got even more confused as they kept going in and out of the room. i could hear some of them trying to persuade haechan sunbaenim to do something but he desperately objected.
not long after, i could see jeno sunbaenim dragging him out with a clothes hanger? at this, i couldn't help myself from laughing, so as my members. probably hearing our laughters, all of the nct dream members turned to us, still laughing, and bowed to us. as we bowed back, i could see haechan sunbaenim covering his face, probably out of embarrassment.
