4. Party (part 1 of 2)

This book I originally started to write 10 years ago and not in the English language, so please be understanding about mistakes and style it is written. I'm still working on this book, it is not finished yet and I'm editing and changing some original content from 10 years ago, but mostly I'm leaving as it is. Especially in this part there will be mention of some songs/anime which now are so old, but I decided not to change it, so please don't be too critical about it. The remaining 4 days before party Ariel managed to convince Alex to be more serious about the performance and practice together, there was still a lot to do. Especially the second song was trickier as it had more dance steps and there supposed to be a third-person joining them, but the problem was that this person stays hidden till their performance at the party. Their second song "Rinne: Rondo" will be introduced and surprises prepared for the Dimona and guests at the party. So they have to rehearse by themselves omitting parts and verses of the song that belong to the mysterious guest.

40 hours before party their special party costumes has been delivered alongside with invitation letter with the information where and what time party will start as well new surprise in the letter: the party is planned for 2 days, so they will be staying at the mansion overnight ( better pack some luggage boys).

5 hours before the party both boys started getting ready. The most time consuming was the tattoo on Zero's neck, which Ariel was trying to draw as precise as possible.

The car to make them to place has arrived 1h before the party starts. They were travelling out of the capital to the Dimona's family's holiday mansion.
While in the car Ariel remembered and passed a replica gun to Alex making some fun of him.

" Here, take it, but please be careful with it"
" Don't worry, as I remember there was no incident of Zero killing some vampires from day class, so should be fine" replied with cheeky smile Alex taking the gun.

" I'm rather worried for you hurting yourself with it, knowing your skills and temper"
" Don't dramatize that so much, it's not even real gun" said in defence a bit offended Alex
" Your talents are immeasurable, so it is still possible for you with a fake gun" Ariel laughed.

At the same time, Dimona has returned home and she was upset. It is her birthday, but parents seemed to be still busy abroad, friends busy as well and she is alone and so lonely. Worst birthday EVER! She entered her bedroom and so box on the bed and letter attached to it. She came closer and read the letter: " Get dressed and be ready by 7.30 pm. The car will be waiting for you". She checked the time. She had still one hour till the car arrives, so plenty of time to get ready. She opened the box and saw a white dress. She lifted it and saw that it was the exact replica of the dress from the anime " Vampire Knight" Yuki wore at the school ball. She was starting to get excited now...That might become the best birthday EVER!

Upon arrival, Dimona recognized family's vacation mansion, but she has been here only a few times. Front of the house looked rather dark and quiet. Strange. Doesn't look like the party is going on. Was she mistaken in her assumption? She opened the front door cautiously. Inside she was greeted by the family's butler and asked to follow him further into the house. Finally, after passing through a few long mansion's corridors they stopped in front of big double doors. Dimona could hear some voices inside the room. She was getting nervous now. Butler pushed the door open and informed in loud voice about Dimona's arrival.

When she stepped inside the huge luxurious room she suddenly was greeted but the crowd of people shouting
" HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" and was taken aback.

She had no time to come to terms of what happened just now when she heard soft melody somewhere in the room. One servant brought her some nonalcoholic bubbly drink that looked like champagne and Dimona walked deeper into the gathered crowd towards music. She recognized the melody from the anime " La cordo D'oro" song " Brand new breeze".

What was the next surprise, it was her mother singing the song. And her parents supposed to be abroad now?! As mother sang the song she was coming towards Dimona closer and took her hand. After the song ended, the mother gave her a small box and whispered with the smile hugging Dimona.

" It is only the beginning and all the gifts you will receive, please check them after party".

And there was a new song starting already. And one of the 5 boys singing the song from anime took Dimona for a dance. Other guests joined dance as well.

All gifts she received were passed to the designated servants appointed that evening for this particular task.
Song went after the song, everyone had fun. Some guests were even joining to sing the songs they knew too.

Dimona's eyes went big and heart leapt when she heard intro from the song of ON/OFF and saw the twins dressed in day class uniform from anime " Vampire Knight ".
When the song finished twins in smooth movement kissed Dimona's both hands and gave her gifts. Everyone was clapping and some were congratulating twins how good they were. After 3 more songs from other anime, it was time for the second surprise song from twins.

And more than ever Dimona was surprised, more than seeing her parents tonight, was the appearance of special guest with the twins singing and dancing to the " Rinne: Rondo".

She saw her brother Uriel! She couldn't believe her eyes. And he was as Kuran Kaname from her favourite anime as were twins...It was the best gift she could ever receive. Guests were also surprised as it was known that he was studying and working abroad for many years and haven't been coming home at all.

When the song finished Dimona run straight towards brother tightly hugging him and started to cry.
Uriel also hugged he'd and whispered gently.

" Don't cry, you will ruin your make up" and looking at her wet already face he tried to wipe those tears as he always did when she was younger.

" Uriel...." She tried to say something, but couldn't say properly still crying.
" How long are you going to stay?" She finally managed to ask.

" I'm staying here. I'm not going back anymore" said Uriel with a warm smile and kissed sister's forehead and Dimona burst into tears again which surprised Uriel and he tried to calm her.

And party and performances still continued until deep into the night and still some more surprises were ahead.
