"I can't believe you shoved that guy." Aza held my hand as I walked her down the hallway.
"I hate him. He's been making up lies ever since he got here. He thinks he's known around the school, but he's known for bad stuff." I showed her the front office.
"Sounds like it. You said that he bit a girl before?" Aza asked.
"Yea. He got suspended for about two weeks. I feel like he should've been expelled." I nodded, showing her the nurse's office momentarily.
"Hello, Viktor. Do you know what's going on with that new earthquake?" I heard a gentle voice and felt a hand on my shoulder.
I turned my head. "Hey, Lavender."
Lavender Heckford had to be the most purple person I've ever seen. Her hair was purple, her eyes were purple, and she had purple marks under her eyes. She's a rare human-elf species, a wingless pixie. She was tall for her species, a little over five feet tall.
"How are you this morning?" She asked in her usual quiet voice.
"Fine, how about you?" I answered.
"I'm good. Just curious about the new earthquake crack." Lavender looked at me, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.
"No can tell. Drake would probably cut my throat if I said a word about it." I shook my head, giving her an apologetic look.
"Aw. Darn. Thanks anyway, though," She noticed Aza. "Hello, I haven't seen you here before."
"Yea, I'm new." Aza gave Lavender a polite look, lacing her fingers through mine.
"Welcome, then. I recommend that you avoid Angel Barkingson, he's pretty... Hm, rude. I'd also think you should probably stay out of Connie Parker's way. She's also rude." Lavender gave her a small smile.
"I've met Angel so far." Aza nodded to Lavender.
"I was once friends with this girl, she was a really nice person. I remember that Angel cornered her and bit her neck. She left the school after that." Lavender looked a little sad.
"Yep, super scary. Anyway, I'm giving Azalea a tour of the school. Would you wanna join us?" I asked.
"Of course! Where will we be heading next?" Lavender's face lit up.
"Probably to the library on the second floor." I squeezed Aza's hand.
"Alright. Sounds great to me. Azalea, are you a reader?" Lavender asked.
"A little bit. I can't read very well." Aza answered, shrugging as we walked down the hallway.
"I love books. I've got a nice beanbag in my room, and it's really nice to sit on it and chill out." I looked at her. "Maybe you could come over sometime and I could help you improve your reading skills."
"That would be fantastic. My mom would be so happy if I finally managed to read a book with over a hundred pages." She smiled at me.
We were nearing the stairs. "I can help too, if you'd like." Lavender offere-
"Mister Viktor Redmond, please get your butt to the front office. I stole- Err- took- all of your crap from your house, I'm paying you fully double for the fact that it's within school times. Oh- Yes, this is Drake. Please, bro, we've got some trouble." A voice came over the intercom.
"Darn it!" I huffed.
Literally everyone in school had turned and looked at me.
"You'd better go." Lavender looked curious as well.
