"Help me. Help me!"

I opened my eyes.

A ghost was staring directly at me. I attempted to get on my feet and crawl backward, but... My body was frozen. I couldn't move. All I could do was stare and be scared out of my mind.

"Helppppp me." The ghost whispered, waving back and forth. It was a transparent blue color, all the lines white.

I was flat on my back in some bright green grass. A peaceful blue sky full of puffy, cotton-candy like clouds made the scene seem so reassuring, but it was all off.

I was dressed in some white shorts and a blue t-shirt, and I had on a watch. I don't usually wear watches, so this confused me.

The ghost reached out a finger to me. My eyes widened in fear.

Please, ghost woman, don't touch me.

She had long hair and a silky, flowy shirt on. I noticed a jeweled headband around her forehead.

"No." I said. It was all that I could say.

"You musttttttt." The ghost held out her hand to me.

"No!" I yelled, my voice echoing in the area.

"There is no choice. Help me. Look in the sky, young vampire elf." The ghost actually spoke in sentences.

I directed my eyes to the sky. I nearly died of fear when a red orb flew into the calm blueness.

It expanded. It expanded until it took up the whole sky.

My heart was pounding. A wind had picked up, which made me shiver more than I already was.

"Now watch." The ghost waved her hand. The ground I was laying on suddenly didn't feel so soft and cozy. It felt like hard dirt. Hard, dusty ground.

A white swirl appeared over the red in the sky. It moved like clouds in a tornado, more appearing.

The wind was stronger. Dust flew around. The heat went up. The red color was replaced with pitch-black as the ground tipped forward, rotating. The turning picked up speed. It was fast. Faster.

I wanted to cry. I wanted my mom. I wanted my Azalea.

I shut my eyes, and the turning stopped. But it wasn't over.

A dark red, bloody swirl was far off in the sky. I noticed speckles of white all around in the sky. I had no idea what this was, but it felt like a nightmare.

The heat was enough to make me sweat now. It went hotter. Hotter, and the air got thicker. It felt like I was breathing in water.

It felt like an oven. Hotter than an oven. I was going to bake to my death, right here, right now.

"S-Stop. P-p-please." I was shivering despite the heat.

"Save me." The ghost said.

"No." I tried to move my head, but it almost seemed like I was caught in a human glue-trap.

"Save me, vampire elf." The ghost whispered, her voice echoing although it was not loud in the first place.

She dissipated, and my entire vision shattered. Every little piece of what I had seen was destroyed, shards of the dream falling into a black pit.

But that all faded out. The next thing I saw was an irritated Drake Nogard.

He was shaking me. "What the hell is wrong with you, you've been yelling 'no' for ten minutes!"

I stared at him. I didn't know what to feel. I didn't know what I just experienced.

"Wake up!" He shook me harder.
