My body felt numb but i could hear the chaos around me. Every noise was faint and I had loud ringing in my ears. Even though my body was numb I slightly felt the pain and felt myself dying. Then i hear a voice calling out to me. "Can you hear me?" It asked over and over again. It was a girl. I could reply. I felt myself drifting away. "Stay with me!" She said while pushing down on my shoulder and chest to slow the bleeding. "Please!" She added. She sounded slightly more frantic that time. I managed to slur out some words. Not even I knew what I said. I opened my eyes just a crack. She had long flowing dark brown hair that was swooped around her shoulder and calm green eyes that Made me feel somewhat safe. Her rosy cheeks had a few cuts and were covered in some dirt but she was still gorgeous. She didn't look like she belonged on a battle field like this but in heaven. My body became less and less numb and the pain returned. "It's ok" she assured me. I felt her bandaging my fix able wounds. I felt her stick something in my shoulder. "Nooommhmgf" I slurred out in pain. "Stay still" she begged. I could feel her pulling the bullet out of the whole. I tried to stay still but it seemed inhumanly possible. "Harry!" She said. She was calling someone over. A boy came to her side. He looked older then the girl and kinda similar. He had short black shiny hair and looked muscular. "Can you pick him up?" She asked him. "Yeah" he said then swooped me up in his arms. "I'll cover you" she said. "Sera." He mumbled. She turned back around "yes?" "Be safe" he said sternly. The girls name was sera and the boys was Henry. I had to remember that. I began to drift away once more. Every Time we moved I felt sharp pains. Mostly in my shoulder. I felt tears burn my cheeks as we left the base and onto the enemy filled forest. Sera was a good fighter. She shot any shadow or death solder that got in out way. Henry began running which made me bounce in his arms. I cried out slightly. Henry looked down at me apologetically. "Stop for a moment!" Henry told Sera. She looked at him then looked at me. Henry crouched by the trees to cover us while Sera kept an eye out. "Are you ok?" He asked me. "Yeah" I mumbled out quietly. "We're almost there. Can you make it?" "Yeah." I said then he picked me back up. "I should go back" Sera said. "No way!" Henry hissed protectively. "There are others!" She argued. Henry sighed "no" he said again. Sera shook her head then began walking back. "Sera!" He called after her. He began running. There was no stopping her now. "You think she'll be ok?" I asked as we ran to wherever we were going. "I don't know" he said sadly. "My brother would kill me if anything happened to our sister" he added. We made it to our destination. It was a car going back and fourth between bases. He set me on it. "It will take you to the flame base" "thank you" I said sincerely. He just smiled slightly then ran away. I assume to his sister. I laid back against the seat in pain. I looked down at the bandage on my shoulder which was seeped with blood.
