This is going to be fun! I am sure if I think like a, I stumble for words in my own head no less, um game character I think that I just might be able to bypass this level? If you could even call it that. I'm not sure on to much but all I know for certain is that I am definitely in trouble if I mess up here. So Laura try your best not to be your clumsy self here. I'll try but no promises. That's good enough.

     "Um, so did it work?"

"We will have to see, I haven't used this series of tools and such to create this serum before, besides I have been meaning to test it out on Merlin anyway," Gaius said with no expression which sent a shiver straight down my spine.

Gaius went into the back room to Merlin's living accommodations are placed in the extravagant palace with what must be over a thousand other rooms. I wait nervously, shifting my weight so I am leaning on one leg and have room to be able to slightly reach my leg out my foot facing the table while the rest of me looking to the door.

Now that I think of it, I think that this pose is more commonly used by females or feminine people. In that sense I wouldn't dare to think I look anything like Merlin right now. I mean him in this pose? Surely not. I put my arms by my side then one arm behind my back grabbing the other elbow. I do this when I am nervous I've realised. My nails start to scratch my arm through Merlin's jacket. Yep definitely nervous, can't and won't deny it. Besides there is no point to lie when the serum is at work. I chuckle to myself at a poorly thought up excuse of a joke.

Suddenly the door to Merlin's room opens and Gaius emerges from the hole in the wall. My breath hitches and my grip on my arm tightens even more and I straighten my posture not daring to look him in the eye. Looking at the ground I feel really cold and nervous as he draws closer the overwhelming silence doesn't help my nerves much either.

You only live once, so here goes nothing. This is a horrible idea. Oh well.

I look up for a split second to see that Gaius has something in his hand. Walking closer to me I am able to establish what it is. My mouth drops open slightly and I feel as though all the air was knocked right out of me. I can feel the blood drain from my face as it goes white.

In his hands Gaius has a carved, wooden statue of a dragon!
