I stretched my arm out towards the tip of the tree to finally fulfill my loves Christmas desire.
I sighed in relief as the dreadful angel stared back at me. Suddenly I heard Adeline yell out "WHY!", I turned around to see the love of my life staring at me in utter disappointment.
And just like it had happened twice before, I found myself free falling out the second floor window.
Flashback of what happened to my loved ones came rushing back. Everything around me went dark> I came too and found myself in her arms with blood dripping out of her mouth.
Excruciating pain hit my neck, as I rubbed it and brought my hand to eye level I saw that it was my blood which had stained her lips.
I sat straight up and my head started spinning out of control. "What's happening?"
"I told you I'd be the one to place the topper on the tree but you did not listen, look at what you made me do!"
"What have you done my love?"
"I turned you into my kind, now we can be together for all eternity as Vampires..."
