"Many say that there is one sun, rising on the dawn of each day, and falling during dusk, like a husband seduced by a prostitute, leaving his wife to shiver in a ragged, thin blanket supplied by what was left of his wages after a few drinks. Some say that there are other distant suns, each warming their own roster of planets. But in truth, there is a second sun, deep within the Earth, warming it. Some call it Hell. Others call it a potential hair-raising adventure. Whatever us humans call it, one thing is for sure: it is, mostly, devoid of life. Only true beasts can live there, and if even one were to be found, it could spell our destruction."

-Mr. Giganoogin, The Second Sun, page 1
