"You can't stay in the cubicle for all day" a familiar voice says...its Amy. Her lever converse with bright green laces are in front of the door "Well, technically she can" a deeper, voice replies "She can stay in there until lunch is over and then climb out the window" "Hence she won't be able to stay in the cubicle all day, Jade" Amy replies sarcastically.

I can practically see Amy rolling her eyes from in here. From what I've seen Jade seems to always be trying to be "smart" by using big, fancy words but never actually succeeding and coming out with some quite strange statements.

"I just wanna go home" I sob quietly "Rosie, listen the first day is always hard but it gets better believe me" Amy says "How would you know?!" I yell at the door "truthfully I don't and I'm just as scared as you" she whispers "but I know for sure that every one of these kids here today has found it hard" she pauses thinking "no matter how popular they are" she continues

"High School is awful Rosie, and deep down we all know that.Hollywood movies try to sugar coat it, and let the guy get the nerdy girl and have revenge lon the bullies...but most times it just doesn't go that way.All any of us can do is give it our best shot and try to make the best out of our precious fading teenage years. Some times we have bad days and sometimes we have good. We just need to learn to roll with it" She finishes and takes a deep breath "Rosie?" she sighs "Come on jade lets go"

They turn to leave just as I open the door "guys wait!" They turn around "Woah, Amy I didn't know you were a motivational speaker!" I say surprised. "I'm not!" She giggles and gives me a hug. Jade gives me a beaming smile. "Lets go" I say and as we walk out of the bathroom I feel as though I have changed my perspective completely.

The rest of the day flies by and just as we say our farewells jade comes out with the strangest quote ; "just remember Rosie it takes two to tango!" "What does that have to do with anything we were just talking about?" I say puzzled. She looks back at me strangely. Amy answers for her "nothing!" She yells, we all crack laughing and I keep laughing all the way home.
