On earth, three years have passed since the accident. Where Eden is, it only feels as though minutes have passed. He and his Grandmother sit in silence along the riverbank, watching the serene flow of the water. Eden dips his feet into the river, they submerge under the heavenly surface. Eden smiles. He is a little boy in France again, with a river ahead of him and his Grand-mère beside him.

'Do you remember when I was little, and we we're at the park feeding the ducks?'

Her feet become submerged in the water. Far, far away, a hum of orange begins to float over the horizon, 'Of course,'

'Is this it? Is this heaven?'

'Look around,' she watches Eden's head turn, he looks up at the trail of mountains, their peaks glow like candles, 'this is your heaven Eden.'

As the star begins to pull away from the horizon, Eden notices the trickles of purple and green begin to fade. Their mist begins to float around him like dragon's breath. Does he miss them already? He wonders where his Grand-mère's place of rest is, before remembering how her eyes were always obsessed with the sky, the universe.

'When I was alive, did you ever visit?'

'Many times,' she pulls her feet out of the glistening river, drips of water splash onto Eden, 'every time you looked up into the stars, I was there,' she stands, pulls her Grandson up to his feet, 'you were right.'

'About what?'

She takes his hand, walks him along the riverside towards the glowing mountain, Mount Arlo, 'I was proud to see Azra become your wife, but I was disappointed to see you smoke,' she jokes, before letting go of his hand, 'Go visit her, I'll see you soon my darling,' her body fades away.

In any other plane of existence, he would try to chase her, but in this one, he knows he will see her again, and that it's time he sees another woman he loves.

'Mountain,' he calls out to the colossal rock.

He whispers back, 'Call me Mount Arlo...'

It all makes sense now. Eden's smiler is brighter than any summer morning sun rise, 'Mount Arlo... can you take me to see her?'

'Soon.'
