It is still unknown how they started talking and became friends but Lina uploaded a photo with Yuzuru during the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang. For those of you who don't know, Yuzuru Hanyu is a world famous and recognized figure skater.

The skater is known to be very private about his life, so his friendship with Lina was quite a big shock to both fans of Yuzuru and Lina. Although this friendship isn't always publicized, you can't deny that any rare photo of them together isn't cute. Fans speculated once that they were dating but Lina immediately shut those rumors down. Whenever Lina is asked about their friendship, she always replies with "We're good (friends)." She rarely mentions him but when she does, fans guss over the fact that their friendship is the cutest unexpected one.
