Lina's family found out almost at the same time as the company did because Seojun not being able to keep his mouth shut.
The other members were ecstatic for Taehyung since he loved children. However, Namjoon brought up the fact that they would have to tell the company and register their marriage soon.
Since Taehyung and Lina both decided that they wanted the baby, they went in on March 7th, to register their marriage. They didn't want their child to be born out of wedlock, due to how society viewed children out of wedlock as.
It had been a year that they started dating, so they decided to register their marriage on their one-year-anniversary.
They also went to the hospital on the same day to verify whether or not they were expecting. They were told that Lina was four weeks pregnant. Which only confirmed that they indeed
Their management didn't know that they had gotten married and were expecting.
This was big news.
Lina was afraid that their decision would affect their careers. She had seen how fans of EXO bashed and demanded Chen to be removed from his group, she was afraid that would happen to Taehyung.
She didn't care about her career but she cared for Taehyung, cause she knew that he loved both the other members and ARMY.
She didn't know how to tell Hitman Bang. I mean he did get the two "the talk" when they revealed that they were dating.
Her manager was going to kill her for getting married before her. Right now, she was in her van going to do her promotions on music shows for her new album.
Her manager seemed to notice that Lina was too quiet.
"Lina, is something wrong?"
"Unnie, don't be mad."
"Why did you do something wrong that I need to inform the company?"
"Taehyung and I got married and are expecting a child."
The car stopped at a red light and Lina's manager turned around so quickly that she probably got whiplash.
"What?!"
At the same time, Taehyung was at the company, waiting to meet with Hitman Bang. The members of TXT saw Taehyung walking around the company but he looked anxious.
Taehyung's leg couldn't stop bouncing as he sat in the office.
"Taehyung-ah, what brings you here?"
"depyunim, Lina and I have some news to share with you."
"What is it?"
"We got married."
Hitman Bang juts looked at Taehyung as if he was joking. Then he started to laugh, "Nice joke Taehyung."
He noticed that Taehyung wasn't laughing.
Taehyung looked him straight in the eyes, "It's not a joke. We did get married on March 7."
What was done was done. There's no way his artists could change it. Hitman Bang just massaged his temple, "The reason for your marriage?"
"We have a baby on the way."
"What the hell Taehyung!"
Now, this was going to make a difficult situation for Bangtan and Lina herself.
Lina's manager received a call from the company right after she was done. Lina was needed at the company.
Lina was surprised to find Taehyung kneeling with his arms raised in the air. Hitman Bang seemed very serious.
"Sarang, please have a seat."
He lectured the two for an hour before asking them, "So what are you going to do now? How are you going to tell fans?"
They hadn't thought about that. Lina was sure that her fans would support her since she always said that she wanted to get married at an early age. But she didn't know about Taehyung's fans. Would they accept the fact that their idol got married and was accepting a baby?
Seeing the situation with Chen, Lina had her doubts about keeping the baby but Taheyung had reassured her that he loved their child no matter what others were going to say.
"We're going to tell fans after the first trimester. We planned on giving hints prior to this."
Hitman Bang just sighed, it really did seem like they had already made the decisions beforehand.
"We want to possibly go on Return of Superman, to begin with."
He couldn't deal with these two as a couple. How was he doing to deal with them when they became parents?
