Chapter 10

Kaleas POV

Getting home from the hospital was a whole new kind of crazy. Daniel had gone home A few days before me and was able to sleep in his own bed. (lucky) But he Had come back every day. And was there until visiting hours were over and sometimes even longer then that. Lets just say the nurses really liked him.

"Owwww..." I hiss. "I'm sorry baby, I'm sorry I'm sorry!" Daniel says as he guides the car around another pot hole. "Dani it's not your fault!" I laugh and regret it cause it hurts. "Don't laugh i messed up and hurt you" Daniel says as he puffs out his bottom lip. I start laughing "Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow" "I SAID STOP LAUGHING" he playfully yells "I CANT YOURE MAKING ME LAUGH!" then we both erupt in giggles "Owwwwwwwww" I say clutching my ribs. "you know how they say laughter is the best medicine? well in this case its the worst..." Daniel mutters under his breath. At that I laugh.

Daniels POV

ohgoshohgoshohgoshohgosh I am trying so hard right now to avoid potholes and bumps and curves and everything else that LA is consisted of and its impossible!!! "Dani you're going to wreck if you don't relax." Kalea says twisting a piece of hair through her fingers. I love how she can make the simplest thing so sexy without even trying. "Mmmm." I mumble. "Dani I'm serious don't make me call hoenah to come pick us up!" she says turning her eyes to me. "Nooooo! I can get you home we are almost there anyways." I say. She just shakes her head and rolls her eyes. "Oh Daniel what you do to me" she says.

Kaleas POV

"Daniel can you come here?" I say groggily.  After we got back to my apartment (which Daniel has said he is not leaving until I'm better.) He tucked me into my bed with everything I could ever need and I promptly fell asleep. Daniel comes rushing in "Are you okay? What do you need? more medicine? is it to hot? I ca-"I cut him off. "Come here" I say pointing to the empty space on my bed next to me. "Oh." He breathes. Daniel shucks off his shoes and lays next to me under the covers. I'm still really sore from the surgery so maneuvering proves rather difficult. but eventually I position myself to where I am snuggled up against Daniels chest with my head resting against his collar bone. "You know I thought you were going to think I was insane that first day I cried when he touched my jaw, it was a stupid reaction to such a little thing but I felt so uncomfortable and I didn't know why. Now I do though." I say snuggling deeper into Daniels chest. He strokes my hair. "Kal I would never think you were insane for being overwhelmed and grossed out by someone being an absolute douche bag! You handled that the best way you could and if that meant crying then that is okay." "Daniel" "Hmm" "I think I love you" Daniel pulls back from me and looks me in the eyes. 

"Are you serious?" I nod covering my face with the blanket. "Hey no no don't cover that beautiful face of yours!" I pull the covers down to where just my eyes are showing. A slow and steady smile breaks across his face. "You only think huh?" he says with a smirk. I quickly pull the covers back over my head again and this time Daniel joins me under them. I don't look at him. "Kal look at me." I don't want to but something in his voice tells me I should. I slowly turn my eyes up to meet his, those big beautiful blue eyes. "I don't think i love you kal..." My breath catches. "I know I do" and then he kisses me. he takes my chin in his hand and slowly guides his mouth to mine. and ever so softly our lips touch. This kiss isn't like the regular passion filled cant get enough type of kiss this is the kind of kiss that lasts for eternity that lingers between reality's this is the kind of kiss that's just ours no one else. 

"I Love you so much" I whisper into his lips. He smiles against mine. "I love you too" he whispers back. We hear stomping down the hall and only have a fraction of a second before someone bursts into the room. "WE BROUGHT YO- WHAT ARE YOU DOING EW EW EW EW!" "Zach" I roll my eyes. Daniel and I pull the covers back from our heads and low and behold I was right. "WERE YOU CANOODLING??????" "Do you really want to know that answer Zach?" I say wiggling my eyebrows. "EWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!" and of Zachs screaming has brought us to the attention of the other guys who have invaded my apartment. "Bro what are you yel- ohhhh..." Corbyn eyes us and makes a disgusted face. the rest of the boys follow suit. "For your information which its technically none of your we were not canoodling" Daniel says putting air quotations around the last word. "I do not believe you" jack says suspiciously. Daniel sits up and lets the blanket fall to a pile on his lap revealing a fully clothed human. They all nod their heads and start conversing to each other i raise my eyebrow at Daniel and he shrugs setting himself back under the covers and next to me.
