When we got to my house, it was rather quiet. I opened the door, and I yelled for my mother. It was only 2pm, and my sister might be home by now, and I don't actually know.
"Mother?" I call for her again, slipping my shoes off and walking into the house.
"She's not home right now. She went to the store." I hear her voice. But don't see her. "Welcome home big-" Shira's head pokes around the corner, and she stops talking when she meets eyes with Hagita. "Ha- Tachibana?"
I look between the two of them and I smile a little. "You two go talk. I have to pee, and I'll be right out."
Hagita nods and makes his way over to Shira, who's at a loss of words right now. I push past both of them and up the stairs to the bathroom. I close the door and look in the mirror. I rub my forehead and go pee.
After I was finished, I washed my hands and played in the water for a little bit. I hear my mother's voice from down stairs and I smile. I shut the water off, and run downstairs to greet her.
"Mom!" I smile and hug her. She hugs me back and her small frame fits with mine. "I've missed you so much. It's been so weird sharing an entire building with random people that I don't even know." I pull away and she's smiling hugly at me. "But, I missed your cooking the most mom."
"Oh sweetie, help me with dinner then?" She picks up a few bags and carries them to the kitchen. "You're father should be home soon."
We step in the living room, and there on the couch was Hagita and Shira talking and laughing, like old times. My mom sees Hagita, and stops. "What's he doing here? Isn't he the boy that broke your heart Sakura? I don't want him in my house."
"Mom, he went missing. That's what destroyed me. But he's back, and healthy as ever, and my boyfriend again." I smile and wave to him. He winks back and blows me a kiss. I pretend to catch it and put it on my cheek. "He's really back mom."
"Well, if he's making you happy, I can't fight with you." She moves and goes to the kitchen and starts preparing dinner. We're having curry tonight, and I can tell by the ingredients she's bought.

Dinner was about done, and my father walks in. "Sakura! Oh my sunshine, how've you been?" He gives me a big hug and gives me a little kiss.
"Really good, dad." I look over at Hagita and he's teaching Shira a magic trick. "Hagita's back." I say and go back to the stove to check the food.
"Really now?" he smiles. "Hagita Tachibana, my boy!" My dad goes to great him. He's always loved Hagita. I didn't get it, but he might love him more than his own daughters. Definitely his own wife... Rings in my head and I freeze. I glance back at my father and Hagita, my dad's eyes are huge and joy fills them. Hagita doesn't know how to feel, I can see it. He's trying to keep a happy face this whole time.
My mom starts setting the table, and I continue to make rice, it's about done. I need to get my mind off of all of the things from today, family time might be good.
Hagita's P.O.V.
Dinner smells amazing. After the awkward conversation with Sakura's father, I really don't know how to feel. He's treated their family like shit, and Sakura knows too. Mrs. Inda is setting the dinner table, and Mr. Inda went to wash up.
"My sister can really cook, huh?" Shira says, snapping me out of my thoughts. She looks just like Sakura, but I know the difference between them. I used to be her best friend. Shira has a natural smile on her face, and Sakura has a natural frown. If you actually know the girls, you'll notice that Sakura actually has slightly bigger boobs and her eyes are a tiny bit more of a mint green.
