Chapter 20 ~
Evening ~

Swara was in the garden enjoying the cool breeze or rather say trying to divert her mind. She looked at the flowers. There were a lot of flowers, red rose, black rose, daffodils, jasmine, sunflowers, orchids etc. What attracts Swara the most were orchids. She loves them. Seeing lots of orchids planted there she ran towards it and started caressing them. She was happy and was behaving like a kid. She smelled it and was smiling continuously not aware of that someone was watching her. There stood Sanskar in their room staring at her with much love through the window. His eyes had some sparkle. They were glowing. He was seeing his Shona in her. Unknown to himself, he was falling for her again but in other way. Swara while playing with the flowers saw Sanskar staring at her. Their eyes meet for a minute resulting in a short eye lock. His continuous gaze on her make her knees went numb. She got nervous. She pretended that she didn’t saw him.

Huhh why this devil is staring at me like this? Ye kahin devil se angel to nhi ban gaya..! Pagal hai Swara kya soch rahi hai! Sanskar Maheswari or sudjar jaaye! Not even in dreams. Bhagwanji kya kar rahy ho? Ab dekho to zara, usko ignore kerna chah rahi hun per itna cute dikh raha hai! Kaise ignore karun! Swara kya hogaya hai tujhe! Pagal hogayi hai! Wo devil hai devil jo sirf dard dena jaanta hai! Bhagwanji ye kya horaha hai! Ohh gosh Swara u love Varun! Ryt? He is nothing infront of my Varun! Let him come then I’ll show you Mr. Sanskar Maheswari what love is! You said u love someone but how can be a person love a girl who doesn’t respect girls. But dekhna I’ll teach u a lesson Mr. Maheswari! You just wait nd watch.

She smirked and looked at him who was still looking at her. Swara, trying to ignore him couldn’t resist and meet his eyes. They shared a sweet eye lock.

Swara was the one who broke it and left from there with tears in her eyes. Sanskar came out of his dream world and sat down on the couch holding his head in his palms.

San – ‘Ye mujhe kya horaha ! What’s wrong with me. I m getting attracted towards her. No, this isn’t possible. No way. Sanskar, Sanskar..!’ he got up from the couch and started moving here and there. He remembered Swara getting too happy seeing orchids. He then goes into a flashback. Swara who was sitting in the hall also goes into the same flashback.

~ Flashback
Shona and Varun were walking in the garden, talking and laughing.

Sho – ‘Varun, you know I always dreamt of getting a friend like you who will always stand by me and will never leave me.’ He smiled.

Var – ‘I promise Shona, I’ll always be with you in every phase of life!’

Sho – ‘Pakka na, ya fir mujhe chod ker chaly jaao gay.’

Var – ‘Nhi baba, kabhi nhi jaaunga! Tum jaane ka kaho gi bhi tab bhi nhi jaaunga meri jaan!’ She stopped in herr tracks and his words echoes in her ears “Meri jaan”. Somewhere deep in her heart she felt happy listening it from his mouth.

Sho– ‘Jaan?’ She questioned.

Var – ‘Voh.. actually.. voh na.. arrrey friends can say that.’ He was finding words to answer.

Sho – ‘Acha, well agr meri shadi hogayi to bhi nhi jaaogy na mujhe chod ke?’ she questioned and his face dropped down.

Var – ‘Phir to jaana hi padega!’ he replied lost somewhere.
