Dev and kartik we're sitting in corridor of college, dev said" dekh kartik ab Sona ne boht ro liya hai, but m yeah bhi jaantaa hu k vo mujhe fr. Bhi Sach nhi batayegi , to mne kuch Socha hai" kartik looked at him" dev I m sure , jis din Sona ko pta chaleega Tere baare mein sabse pehle vo mera murder kregi. Yr Kuch bhi krn see pehle ye soch le , Sona ki jaan or uski family ki jaan khatre me ho skti hai"
Dev said" tujhe Kya lgta hai yr ,mujhe uski tension ni hai, mne sab soch smjh ke sab plan Kiya hai , bs tu Mera saath Dena, and plz ria ko kuch ni pta chalna chahihe..." Kartik asked" bta to sahi krega Kya tu"
Dev smirked" tu dkhta ja Jo humne boht saal pehle Sona ko apna love confess krne k liye Kiya tha , vahi krnge.." jealousy" kartik asked , and dev smiled.
Then they both saw Sona coming, and dev signed kartik and left . Sona went to Ria, and asked her hesitantly"hi ria,  umm..vo tumhaare Bhai dev aaye hai Kya aaj , vo actually aaj Hume music room me practice krne Jana tha"
Ria said I think kartik ko pta hoga
Tum usse puchlo " Sona go out find kartik sitting near stairs and asked " um kartik Bhai , vo d..de.dev  Kahan hai vo mujhe.." kartik stops her" tumhe uske pass Jana hai Sona vaapis , Sach mein, lekin boht late ho gya , dev kisi or ka hone ja raha hai ,or vo usse boht pyaar krta hai, dono eek dusre pee boht trust krte Hain," Sona was looking teary eyes" Bhai m uske pass vaapis nhi ja rhi hu Hume practice krni hai music room mein, acha hai ke vo life me aage bd RHA hai,jaise k m bd gyi hu,, aap btaiyiye vo Kahan hai" kartik just shook his head knowing she is stubborn, and told her he would be in music room itself. She was going when stops and said" Bhai mene dev ko kyu choda , fr bhi aap aisa sochte Hain," and ran up to music room .
Dev had listened to her and was upset to see her crying. He also went up after her.

In music room

Sona enters to find a dark room empty. She turns on the light find it empty, she goes and sat their and started humming.

By the end of the song , Sona has tears in her eyes. Dev was also having tears , was standing in door, he thought kyu Sona kyu apna dard mujhse kyu nhi baant thi tum ,, plz mujhse tumhaare aansu nhi dekhe jaate , plz mat saza do mujhe or apne aap ko, plz my love .
He wipes his tears and goes in clapping, " wow Sona..akshi, Kya awaaz hai tumhaari, I really love u ...umm I mean ur voice,, " Sonakshi turns to him wiping tears, and said" thanku, m appki hi wait kr rhi thi,,  dev said " main bhi,, I mean practice ke liye "
"Jee aayiye , start krte hai , pehle song select kr le btayiye konsa gaayein "
Dev was about to say when music teacher came and said " first tum dono mujhe koi bhi song sunao  I need to see ur coordination" devakshi looked at each other when dev turned to her and started

They were lost in each other's eyes , when teacher stand up and clapped making them out of their rivery " that was fabulous,, really u guys are like so much in luv lovers  , I m sure, we gonna kill it, ab tum song decide krke shasm tq mujhe bta Dena ok"
Sona wiped her tears when dev spoke" Sonakshi' kyu na hum ashiqui 2 movie ka song gaayien , actually Meri fiancee or Mera favorite song hai  or mujge lgta vo songs mere se relate kr skrlys hu , plz, tum bhi to Jatin see pyaar krti ho , tum bhi song ko like krogi " he intentionally said about this song and Jatin. Sona was looking shocked at mension of jatinn and then dev's fiancee, she was like everything in world is turning against her. But Mera pyaar mujhse kuch maang rha hai agar is song se Khushi milegi usse, to anything for uh dev and agreed.
Just like that many days spent them reharsal , dev would apparently ask her about her love life , and ALWAYS would be mentioning about his fiancee. So that at least Sona could say something but no she doesn't say anything.
One fine day , devakshi were sitting when dev said " umm Sonakshi  can u help me , one thing" Sona asked , he said" actually vo Meri fiancee ka b,day hai , and vo chahti hai mai or vo couple dance krre actually mne kabhi kiya nhi hai, plz ,, we are friends. Right, and friends help each other."
Sona was shocked she thinks I will help dev to get closer to someone else?? Will I ?? Are we only friends ? should I help him,, or not ,,when dev spoke again" it's okay Sona I think u don't consider me ur friend , " and makes a puppy face and pretend to leave, when Sona was awestruck, that dev called her Sona , that too with same affection, she, as in his spell, holds his hand and said " dev come I'll help uh, u r my friend" dev was on cloud nine, and held her hand, and played the song o Tere sang yaara, from movie Rustom.
Dev held her from waist and pulled her closer, placed one hand on her waist and free hand in her , Sona kept her other hand on his shoulder, they eyes locked. And slow danced, when dev pushed her and twirling her pulled her closer her back facing his chest. Dev inhaled her scent and they both closed their eyes feeling each other , when dev traced the length of her arms , Sona shivered,, they were in their own land , when dev turned her around, and looked in her eyes and kissed on her eyes, then cheeks and then looked at her lips when dev neared her , she stopped him, dev looked at her" dev I m Sonakshi not ur fiancee" dev cringed but controlled himself, and said" I m sorry Sonakshi , mujhe lga ,,umm..I really m sorry" and left the room hafarzadly. Sona was still in the moment but ran out.
 
After two days

As per Dev's plan , dev told Sona to come to her house, for practice as he said that he has a fracture in his foot, Sona was very tensed for him , and was restless when dev didn't show up 2 days , so she at first agreed, when he called her to his home, actually practice was just a reason, she wanted to see him, .
After half of the lectures, Sona heads towards his house , she was feeling butterflies in her stomach, she enters in his house when she met his mom , his mom was really happy to see Sonakshi, but pretend that she doesn't know her, said" oh to tum ho Sonakshi' , boht khoobsoorat ho beta , " Sona blushed and said" thanks aunty, umm. Vo dev " she said he is upstairs and said u go I will prepare some tea for them.
Sona walked straight, and stand in front of his room, and thought feeling nervous, she knocked , no response, again knocked , no response, she hesitantly pushed the door And finds it open she peeped in room find it empty, she enter inside and said" dev.. dev are u in " she roamed in  and looks at Dev's pic and find a dream catcher near his bed,. And caressed at it and felt connected to it, when all of a sudden dev come out of bathroom in a his only sweatpants, upper part bare, he was shocked to see Sona so engrossed in dreamcatcher, and walked to her and stand behind her, Sona felt someone present behind her,. She turns and that was so sudden that she tripped and fell over dev and he also lose balance they fell on bed, with dev under Sona , she looked at him shocked, and dev felt goosebumps over his neck on their closeness. Dev asides the flicks from her face , and he groans when Sona's hands roamed over his bare chest, Sona realized this and he is bare , and they are so close, she gets up immediately, and turns and said" s..sss..sorr...yy , m Bina puche andr aagyi , I ..just..mmm.m.vo.., mujhe lgta h mujhe chlna chahiye" when dev hold her hand, and pulled her.. "Sona it's okay, mujhe yakeen hai tumne kuch nhi dekha , or vse bhi u r my FRIEND , u can come to my room , vse bhi mne pants to pehni hai ,, tum konsa jaan bujh ke mujhe shirtless dekhne aayi thi"
Sona shocked at his bold confession but said nothing and said" m balcony me ja rhi hu aap vahi aa jayiye"
And ran , dev smirked Sona m tumhe aaj bhi vse hi affect krta hu" .
They practice in the balcony, and had tea his mom had sent, when dev from nowhere , asked her" umm Sonakshi for uh what is love?, I mean what u thought about love??" Sona looked as if he has horns , but composed herself after so much time they are sitting and talking calmly, so letting the world go , she said" dev pyaar ek feeling hai , jab hum kisi see pyaar krte Hain, to us insaan ke alawa or kuch nhi dikhta , aur usko khush dekhne ke liye kuch bhi kr jaane ko Mann krta hai, chahe vo Khushi use hmaare dur jaane see mile" and she wiped the lone tear from her eyes, dev looked at her shocked , why , how on Earth she thinks I'll be happy without her. ?? He said" no Sonakshi'I don't agree with uh, jab hum kisi see pyaar krte Hain to humaari Khushi , or Gam ek dusre see Jud jaate Hain, vo pyaar Kya Jisme trust nhi, jab hum pyaar krte Hain, to ek dusre pe trust krte Hain, tum ye kaise soch skti ho , k tumhaare dur jaane see main khush rahuga, kaise tum aise hi mujhe chod k vaha see a skti ho , tumne ek baar bhi yeh nhi Socha tumhare bina Kya  hoga Mera, bolo Miss Sonakshi Boss, tell me ?? " He yelled at her bcoz after hearing her answer he lost his control, he dropped his plans and though to confront her directly, she had to tell him, .
On the other hand , Sona was shocked to hear what she just learn , dev remember her, how , it means he was playing with her, all while, oh no , ab m Kya jwaab du, she was confused, m khush hou k dev ko sab yaad hai, ya dukhi ,,, she was thinking when dev pinned her to the wall and asked her" bolo Sona, what is that Jo tum apne Dil me chupa k rakh rhi ho, I know Jatin ke baare me, but I know kartik ne Jo btaya vo half truth tha, bolo btao mujhe, Kya hua , Jo kisi ko nhi pta , bolo kyu apne aap ko maar rhi ho, tadap rhi ho itna bolo Sona why,, us Jatin see darne ki zrurt nhi hai, m dekh luga use , u just trust me , plz Sona , " mention of Jatin broke her trance and she pushed him, " I don't know what you are talking about, acha hai , tum mujhse dur raho, plz Jo hua usse bhul jao or aage bdo " dev said" kisse jhooth bol rhi ho mujhse ya khud see" Sona just left quickly, he ran after her but she was gone.
