9. Kidnapped

Ten walked over to Johnny and sat down next to him sigh. Johnny looked over at Ten with a questioning look.

"You alright?" Johnny asked, looking Ten up and down.

"Johnny, will I go back home after I kill the Jabberwocky?" Ten looked up at him with worry in his eyes.

"That's up to you." Johnny softly said. Ten laid his head on Johnny's shoulder.

"I don't wanna go back." Ten whispered underneath his breath, hoping that Johnny wouldn't hear. But he did.

"Then don't." Ten's eyes widend.

"You heard that?" Ten asked. Hitting the olders shoulder after hearing a chuckle leave his mouth.

And with that Johnny stood up and went upstairs. Leaving Ten alone.

As Ten was lost in thought, a man walks into the palace. The man looked around Ten's height and had white armor on.

"Taeil? Do you need something?" He hear Kun's voice and snapped out of his thoughts. Only now was he realising that another man was in the room.

"Chenle was kidnapped last night." The man, who Ten guessed to be Taeil, said.

"By who!" Kun yelled out.

"We don't know, but we assume it's the Red King." Taeil said.

Ten glanced at Kun, who looked like he was about to start crying. It seems that Taeil also noticed and pulled Kun into a hug.

"I'm sorry Kun, we'll send our gaurds to head over to Red kingdom." Taeil reassured.

"I'm going." Kun said. Only earning a worried look from Taeil.

"But Kun, it's to danger-"

"No buts, I'm going. It's set, we'll go when I have everything figured out." Kun interrupts. Taeil lets out a sigh.

"If you insist." Taeil said before walking away.

As Taeil walks away, Ten stares at Kun.

"I'm going with you." Ten said, still staring at Kun.

"What about Johnny?" Kun asked.

"I'll get him to agree." Ten said, running upstairs to get Johnny.

"Let me out!" Chenle yelled out at the king staring at him.

"I'm sorry Chenle, but I'm afraid I can't do that." Yangyang said, followed with a chuckle.

"You piece of shit!" Chenle yelled at him once again.

"Language." Yangyang said. Making Chenle let out a groan. Yangyang walks out the dungeon.

Chenle sighed and leaned back on the wall behind him, closing his eyes in frustration. 

He heard the door slowly opening and let's out a groan. He slowly looked up and saw a boy around his age walk in. Chenle sat up properly and looked straight at the boy.

"Hello?" Chenle said with a hint of sass in his voice.

"Hi, my name's Jisung." The boy said, sitting down in front of Chenle's cell.

"I'm Chenle." Chenle said as he slid his hand in between the bars to shake Jisung's hand.

"Why are you here?" Chenle asks the boy.

"I get lonely, no one here is my age." Jisung said.

"Why are you even in this palace then?" Chenle asked out of confusion.

"I was adopted by the Red King since he took pity on me." Jisung replied, clearly things up.

"Understood, I'm the White King's duke." Chenle said. Jisung nodding, not really having any words.

"Hey, are you hungry? I can bring some food over." Jisung said out of the blue.

"I am, but you really don't have to get it." Chenle replied.

"No, it's fine. I'll be right back." And with that. Jisung got up to get Chenle some food.

"Johnny!" Ten shouted.

"What!" Johnny shouted back.

"Get your tall ass over here!" Ten shouted from his room.

Around a few seconds later, Johnny showed up at Ten's bedroom door.

"What do you want?" Johnny asked, taking a seat on Ten's bed.

"Did you do this?" Ten pointed at his blue dress shirt that was now covered in purple fabric dye.

"Nah, you should try asking Taeyong or Jaehyun."

"Wait, they're here?" The younger asked.

"They came with me, they should be someone around the garden. They're always there." Johnny replied.

Ten rolls his eyes and heads to find the garden.
